You will wait at MINIMUM 45 minutes REGARDLESS of your order size. The girls at the front will be on their phone discussing the latest in STL crime and drama, and get an attitude if you ask them to modify or substitute anything when placing your order. There will be 1-2 ppl max cooking chicken, and despite them ONLY serving chicken, they will run out when you make your order and not tell you until after you have waited at least 30 minutes. The restaurant will be crowded, greasy, and dirty. The phone will ring nonstop without anyone answering despite them not doing anything productive, and if the phone is answered, prepare to listen to the girls bad talk the customer upon hanging up. (& yes they say the same about you before you get there.) They will throw your food in the box any type of way, fries will likely be burnt and void of seasoning, and the wings will be small and either cooked so hard you can’t bite them or cooked so little you won’t want to. My boyfriend waited tonight for 45 minutes for 10 wings that never came. Read moreLets start with LOCATION Off a busy main street which is Page ave with a two street entry point. Eventhough they are located in a strip mall there is plenty of parking on a well lit parking lot. You may not get front door parking but to run in and out there is plenty of overall parking available.
EMPLOYEES: Everytime I have visited the location several things I have noticed..They greet you when you walk in (sometimes you will be greeted by several empoyees at the same time) Love that. There is always at least two employees at the registers ready to take your order. They work as a team when preparing orders and management plays a large role in really good training of the employees.
ORDER TIME: During certain hours and on some days they can be very busy with call in orders and dashers pick ups. So be patient and understand that you are getting Wingstop and so are maybe 20 other families..

I showed up and informed this white lady working that my name is James and it’s an online order, she checked the food bags that were ready but it seemed none were mine as she went about her business. Time passed and I informed another worker my name and how the order was placed. She continued to check the food that was ready and still went about her business, I continued to wait until this one women asked me my name and I gave her the information I gave the other two people working, she handed me my food WHICH WAS ALREADY READY SINCE I SHOWED UP. I SEEN IT SITTING ON THE COUNTER WHERE THEY PLACE FOOD THAT IS READY FROM THE MOMENT I SHOWED UP. This is unacceptable those two individuals working didn’t even bother checking properly, my food was COLD and I didn’t receive for neither an apology for there HORRIBLE customer service and wait time.
