Just spoke to Alex the "Manager" who was on a little power trip in his position, telling me HE DOESNT NEED MY ATTITUDE, and it wasn't HIS PROBLEM OR HIS FAULT THEY FORGOT STUFF AND THEY TRIED THEIR BEST BY CALLING (they didn't call at all), which you best believe turned me from a nice customer to an annoyed customer. Every time I order delivery they "forget" something. Its a simple thing, but a cost saving for the company by keeping consumer monies and relinquishing no product. I suspect they are trained to do this. There's a reason I order and pay for items included and expect all of my meal, especially since I am paying fees for the delivery portion on top of an expected tip. They also brought me the wrong drink because they were out of what I ordered and paid for. Don't advertise and take payment if you're out. I appreciate them grabbing an alternative but I didn't order diet and I cant drink the diet additives. They claimed to have called me - I had not one missed call, nor my wife. When I asked them to bring my items I paid for back I was told it would be several hours and a long wait. I said no, they should put me ahead as it was their fault they got it wrong and I want my entire meal. Then he complained he only had 2 drivers. Again not my fault the place is poorly staffed. Mistakes happen, but on every time I order? Finally the "Manager" shouted to one of his drivers to get this guy his stuff and huffed and puffed, only after I asked who his supervisor was, which he would not say as there were "multiple" people and "Like 3 people, which one do i want". Finally he advised the district manager just got fired. After asking several times he told me the owners name. As an owner of a large business myself, and several years of restaurant management I cant fathom having one of my staff act like that to a consumer. If you cant handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen. I am all for putting rude customers in their place but his attitude off the bat was unwarranted, unapologetic and tried to blame me. Sadly this will be my last trip here and will investigate the business further. I thought after the re-brand and change in management it would be better, but it is worse. If the Owner see's this I would highly recommend...
Read moreMy wife called to order at the store because there was issues with their online ordering. She told the girl that took her order that there were issues, even asked if anyone else reported having issues. She then asked questions about the menu seeing she couldn't pull it up online. She ordered wings and also a large New York Style pizza. She specifically said on THREE occasions to make sure it is a NY style pizza. We get our order and open it up and it's not NY Style. Receipt states it's a "Lite" pizza. She calls them and the female manager gets on the phone and told her that the Lite pizza is the same as the NY style pizza. My wife has ordered enough from them to know that there is a difference between the two. The manager then tells her that the NY style is only in the extra large and she ordered a large. My wife then stated to her that the girl who took her order was aware she could not see the menu and that she had said on THREE occasions to make sure it is NY style. The manager then got rude, condescending, snotty and asked what it is my wife wanted her to do seeing it was her fault she ordered the wrong thing. They went back and forth and the manager had absolutely NO customer service skills and my wife finally lost her temper, told her to f off, forget about it and that she will never order from them again and the manager hung up on her. With all the new pizza restaurants going in around us, especially with Flippers going in just across the street, you would think they would treat their customers better, especially customers who have been ordering from them for years! And on a side note, the...
Read moreHorrible experience with doing a simple curbside pickup on Friday 11/05/21. Did the ASAP option. Arrived actually about 10min after the expected time due to accidentally not selecting the Marcos closer to me at the time. Parked in the curbside parking spot and selected on the app that were there. Sat and waited… showed the pizza was ready in the app….. and waited for 20min. Saw people go in/out picking up their pizza and waited. I had 2 small children in the car and was raining so really needing the curbside pickup. There became a point in which I wasn’t going to be patient anymore and realized there was nobody ever going to bring it out. So I ran in and asked when my pizza would be ready. The clerk nonchalantly goes over and pulls my pizza out of the bottom stack of pies. Nothing said. I then ask how long was this ready?? And tell her that I have been waiting for over 20min with my kids in the curbside spot. I had to literally glare at her to get an apology. Pizza was lukewarm and really wanted to go back in and request a fresh hot pizza but my kids were hungry and done.
Edit…. I filled out the feedback survey right after getting the pizza. Nobody contacted me. I reached out to Marco’s via messenger and got a response that an owner will get back to me and send my info. I responded asking what info was needed. Never received a response or any contact. This location has no...
