Would give the service 0 stars if I could. Came here with my family, and met the owner (Viral) in a friendly manner, and my dad and I told him how much we were waiting for a good Indian restaurant to open near us, we live 5 minutes away from the restaurant.
On the phone, we ordered pickup for 1 vindaloo, 4 naans, 1 curry, and a spicy chicken tikka. Admittedly, someone else read the menu as I was ordering, so I didn’t expect the spicy chicken tikka to be a taco, and I was missing 2 naans. We got the food, and I was confused about the tikka, but okay, it was my mistake. Had to go back to the restaurant for clarification and receive the 2 naans as promised on the phone, ready in 10 minutes. As I was driving there, a woman called me on the phone asking me if I had actually ordered the spicy chicken tikka taco, and I said yes, but on the pickup order, the lady on the phone didn’t clarify whether it was a taco. I realized I didn’t see the menu, so I checked, and the new woman on the phone was right. I agreed with her and she responded that I was “fortunate” because they usually don’t even take orders on the phone. What kind of restaurant does that? I get to the restaurant, and wait an extra 10 minutes for 2 naans and 3 samosas on the house. I told Viral that it was an honest mistake and I’d still leave a decent review since they made up for it. I also told him it was HALF my fault since I didn’t see the spicy chicken tikka was a taco from the menu. Viral agreed and said no worries, and I went back home.
The next day, my dad came with a colleague to eat at the restaurant. My dad just wanted some clarification on the issue. Viral asked my dad if I was a little kid not able to order properly, and said that I admitted it was my fault. Not half my fault, but it was entirely my fault. These owners are clueless and arrogant in running their business, and extremely unprofessional. Unable to take criticism or accountability, I suggest nobody order from this place, no matter how good the food is. In the end, you’re indirectly enabling this astonishingly poor behavior for...

I have been there many times since they open and I have tried all curries and many different food items all food tasted amazing. Chicken and Paneer Tikka Masala are an absolute perfectly cooked bathed in a rich, creamy tomato-based sauce that’s packed with flavor without overwhelming the palate. The Butter Chicken is another standout, offering a slightly sweeter, buttery profile that melts in your mouth. Vegetarians will love the Paneer Tikka Biryani — fluffy basmati rice layered with marinated paneer and just the right amount of heat. All food is perfectly cooked. The best thing is they have spicy sauce on side so you can add it in your food. I ordered everything normal spicy level and get side of spicy sauce to control my own spicy level it simple is that. Just love it.
Tikka Shack also offers fun twists like their Naan Pizzas, which are creative and delicious, and their Tandoori Wings, which deliver bold, smoky flavors straight from the grill. You must try their Naan Pizza it’s much better than Pizza Twist.
The service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is casual but stylish — perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. I can understand 30 minutes wait is normal in any restaurant. It’s worth to wait for quality Food and Taste. Plus, their mobile app makes ordering super easy, and you can earn rewards while indulging in your favorite dishes.

Read moreSince the restaurant opened, Tikka Shack has become one of our go-to spots for Indian food. We've been several times now—both dining in and ordering delivery—and it’s consistently good. The tikka masala is a favorite of ours: rich, flavorful, and always freshly prepared. Everything we’ve tried, from the naan to the rice and sides, has tasted fresh and well-seasoned, with just the right amount of spice.
The restaurant has a clean, welcoming atmosphere, and it's located in a quieter part of town, which makes for a really relaxed dining experience. It's easy to get to, but without the usual noise or crowds you often find in busier areas. Whether we’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a longer meal, it’s always a pleasant place to be.
One of the things we’ve really come to appreciate about Tikka Shack is how genuinely friendly the staff are. Every time we visit, we’re greeted with a warm welcome and treated with a level of kindness that feels sincere, not just routine. They’re attentive without hovering, quick to check in, and always happy to answer questions or walk through the menu. That kind of consistent, thoughtful service really makes a difference and keeps us coming back, whether we’re dining in or just picking up an order.
