Daylight Donuts — Restaurant in Owasso

This is the Daylight at German Corner, and I just want to say before anything else that I love this donut store and the ladies who run it. We go every weekend to get donuts for the kids and have never had a problem until today. The issue I faced today does not reflect on the usual staff here. I was overcharged by about 50% of my order total. Generally, the kiosk is facing out when I order so I can see what's being rung up, but today it was facing the other direction. After I paid and realized I was overcharged, I went back in and talked to the lady who I believe runs the store. She walked me through the charges, and when we both realized I had been overcharged, she fixed it immediately!

To the newer girl who rang me up: if this was an innocent mistake, I get it. It happens. But I also know the kiosk shows you everything you've rang in, and you double-checked my order 3 times. $9 is a pretty big difference in a store where everything costs $1 to $3. You hid in the back when you saw me come back in and let someone else correct your mistake. Don't mess with these ladies' livelihoods...

Terrible manager Sitting inside and enjoying donuts with some friends and the manager wants to come over and interrupt us and start saying to us about talking bad about the place and harassing customers and all kind of allegations, and pointing his finger at us and saying we can go to another location. We did nothing wrong at all so I will never be back to have that kind of treatment and yes your correct I will go to another location who is willing to have...

While most doughnuts are all the same, this location is set apart from the rest of Owasso! I mean that in a most positive way. The customer service I had witnessed today is unparalleled to any other Daylight Donuts in Owasso straight up to Bartlesville. This location not only gained my personal business for years to come, but the business of our company. Keep up the good work and wear smiling...
