Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Owasso

I have never been so irritated with a business before. The food here is absolutely amazing! Although I’m irritated with Owasso because I’m tired of taking the time of driving to get canes and being there over 30 mins before the website says they close and they won’t be open. Like today website says they close at 11 and (due to pandemic/weather I always check so I don’t waste my gas and time) I was there about 10:27 so a little over 30 mins before they close and all the light were on and everything I pull up to the mic and nothing. I said hello a few times and nothing. I pull up to the window and they had all the lights off and employee’s were leaving. What’s the point of having business hours if you don’t follow them. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m tired of wasting my time and gas because you allow your employees to close whenever they feel like it. Either follow the business hours or change the hours to the correct time if they are out of date. This...

We love raising cane's but have never had a bad experience till tonight.. as soon as we walked in the girl working the front was not friendly and seemed very annoyed the second we came in, my husband asked a question and got a answer with alot of attitude. Then he went to get a refill on his drink since they closed down the tea about 3.5 hours before they closed, which is fine but just seemed add to do that early and while he was standing there the cook in the back dropped some chicken on the floor and when he picked it up he went ahead and threw it in the fryer and when he noticed my husband saw him you could tell he knew he was caught and laughed and said "haha man you didnt see that" and my husband just shook his head in disbelief and when he came and told me we just walked out. I'm sad that this is what happened and hopefully this will help the management see what's going on when they arnt looking.

Every time (except once) that I've gone in here or through their drive thru, the food has always been hot and fresh, they've gotten me my food within a minute or two at the most, and almost always the staff is very friendly. The one and only time that it wasn't like this, the chicken was barely warm and the fries were very clearly not fresh and most likely the end of the batch, they forgot my extra canes sauce and they gave me unsweet tea instead of the sweet tea I ordered. But that was also the very first time I went there, I've never had a bad experience since then and the girl who worked the drive thru at the time, I also haven't seen her working there since. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves chicken. And their toast is absolutely unbeatable, I've never tasted better TOAST at a restaurant than at Cane's... and I've been to restaurants all over the country.
