TERRIBLE!

Bought my wife a new ring for about $500. (So nothing super fancy) but was made of silver and diamonds. She wears a size 7.5 but most rings only come in a 7. So we took the ring here expecting them to be able to handle such a simple resizing job. I WAS WRONG!

I paid $200 to get the ring resized and expedited service. They called me 2 days later to tell me it was ready to be picked up. We picked up the ring and it looked beautiful. They polished it and resized it perfectly.

Later that day the ring SNAPS where they resized it! So we took it back and they apologized and explained that metals sometimes don’t bind. So they fixed it.

I picked it up a couple days later and it looked great. Later that days it SNAPS AGAIN!!

So we took it back and they apologized and fixed it again.

I picked it up a few days later and it looked beautiful. And then GUESS WHAT? It SNAPS AGAIN!

So this is the 3rd time... we take it back.... then they proceed to tell us that it is because of the oils on my wife’s skin or because she was being “too violent” with it..... WOW!

They try to fix it again and when we pick it up the job looked TERRIBLE.... they tried to take a huge chunk out of the bottom and resize it in a different spot.... but at this point we just wanted it to stay together. So my wife was VERY VERY VERY careful with it for 2 weeks... taking it off for EVEREYTHING she did that could be dangerous for the ring.... and they one day it SNAPS again.....!!!!

I would never recommend this place for ring repair. They have nice jewelry, but this staff does not know how to repair or work on jewelry!! Do not be deceived by how nice the facility it! They are rude and only in it to...

I received 2 rings for Christmas (my husband purchased them from somewhere else) that needed to be resized. Also, after just a few days, one of the stones had fallen out of one ring. I took them both here to be resized, to have the stone replaced and to have the settings of the other stones checked. They ended up correcting 2 additional stone settings as well as replacing the missing stone, and resized both my rings. I was very pleased with the workmanship, pricing, and timeline. The shop where the rings were purchased told me it would take 8 weeks to have them resized and they were unwilling to fix the missing stone at all (we were very unhappy with them and will not be purchasing any jewelry there again), but John Koller Jewelry fixed the stone and the additional settings and resized both rings in about 3 weeks(and this was immediately after Christmas at what I assume is a very busy time of year for them). And may I add that I was very surprised at the low cost of the replacement stone and work that was done to that ring. All the staff I had contact with was very professional and helpful. I was very satisfied with this shop and will definietly be using them in the future for both jewelry purchases, sizing, and any repairs I may need. I waited awhile to review because I wanted to see how the replacement stone and settings would hold up, but 8 months later the ring still has all it's stones and looks beautiful. They also offer...

I called to commission a piece of jewelry and spoke to Johns wife. I subsequently came into the store and spoke in person with his wife and then with the man himself, John. I had some diamond earrings and some silver that I asked him to evaluate for a trade or partial trade toward the cost of the ring. I also brought in my own emerald to use. He offered a fair monetary value for the diamond earrings and silver and we wrote out an order. I said take all the time you need, I wasn’t in any hurry. He said a few weeks.

I called to check on progress 4 Months later and he had done nothing but came to phone and promised to get right on it. In fact he said he was going to literally sit down that very day and do something.

6-8 months later I came in to see what the status was on the jewelry I had commissioned that he had promised would only take a few weeks and there was absolutely zero progress.

John was absent that day and a member of his staff brought me out my items (the diamond earrings, silver and emerald) along with the work order that had no progress whatsoever from that first day nearly one year prior.

So John had almost an entire year and did absolutely nothing. I called 4 months in and he himself promised to do something. He did nothing and nearly an entire year went by.

I took my stuff back and left him a note, “nearly one year and zero progress “.
