Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Owasso

Okay, I think it's just an all out personal attack on me at this point from Tropical Smoothie. Okay whatever I've done to you I sincerely apologize. I've been to three locations trying to switch it up a bit and give other locations a break from me because I know that I've become the "Jared" of Tropical Smoothie because I'm there almost everyday trying a new diet....😂...But it seems that none of the these locations I've been to either don't want my business, just doesn't love me or it's an all out plot now...😂😂....but it's ok though I got the hint.....😂😂...I ordered the spinach and Feta wrap at the Owasso location (which was my first time visiting) and instead was given a Tomato and Egg Wrap with a touch of Black "Bean" as a garnish as seen in the photo with a ton of mozzarella cheese....lol... Granted it was a lunch rush which I definitely understand but it's hard to give a pass when you've waited for over 20 minutes, patiently for your food when you know that your lunch break is pretty much over at this point, then you ordered through the app in advance plus the order was a SPINACH AND FETA wrap which it clearly states on the menu AND on the receipt that is placed on the order. I would have thought that I would have at LEAST got the spinach since it is a spinach AND feta wrap but I got NONE...

There were 4 of us, 2 orders came out early, then we had to wait an inordinate amount of time for the other two. Then they gave us an extra sandwich, which my son was going eat too since his first one was very small. The girl came out after he had it in his hands and took it from him! Hahaha, what bad service. Anywhere I've been, and I have been a lot of places over many decades (because I'm old) never has food, once delivered, even by mistake, ever been so rudly taken back. The wrapper was already open. I hope she did not give it to another customer. If so, she just violated health regulations. And if she threw it away she wasted food and made some unhappy customers. Since they took so long with the order they should have let it go. Also my smoothie was very weak, more ice than fruit, my wife's smoothie had large pieces of ice that kept stopping up the straw, making it...

Currently sitting in the drive through line for 45 minutes because there is no way to get out of line once far enough in it, and we just pulled up to the window and the employee told us the GM has refused to come in to help with the rush and there are only two employees inside. She stated the manager didn't order small cups for the kids drinks, they are out of large straws and several other things. She asked for online orders to be turned off because they can't keep up with the line( obvious after sitting for an ungodly amount of time in a drive through) and the GM has not done that. All we ordered were two smoothies, it is absolutely ridiculous we sat for 45 minutes because the manager refuses to come in and help.
