My parents ordered wings to go thru door dash last night and when the order arrived it was only part of the order. My mom called wings to go to speak with a manager and the guy said no manager there. My mom explained what happened and the guy said “yeah we realized we didn’t give the delivery driver all of your order” so my said okay so you just left it sitting there instead of trying to stop him and the guy said yeah he was already out the door and this stuff happens but if you want to come get the rest of your food it’s up here on the counter. My mom told him no because there was a reason it was placed for delivery as they didn’t have a vehicle to go get the food. The guy told my mom things like this happen all the time. He said he would take her name and number and leave it for the manager to call her but he doesn’t even know if the manager will be in tomorrow. My mom told him that was unprofessional and they should take pride in their work and making sure paying customers get what they ordered. The kid said yeah but it’s not a big deal, most people just come back and get what we left out. So sad.. used to be great but if that’s how they treat their customers then they should definitely get new management again and...
Read moreFor context, I’ve been eating here at the Owasso location since 2008. Likely longer than the operational period of the current owner and certainly longer than any of their current employees. My complaints are as follows... The table tops and chairs are always sticky/grimey feeling and need to be cleaned and sanitized more often throughout the day. The decor/paint is in major need of a refresh/remodel. The last several times I’ve been into the restaurant, hardly any of the TV’s worked properly.
The food is always cooked to order and the staff are always friendly but over the years, the lack of management investing time and money back into the restaurant is becoming ever so obvious.

Read moreI walk in your establishment at 6:30pm, have to wait 10 minutes while your counter help is on phone, my order is taken, I get to watch for 30 minutes while your staff of 3 makes many orders and puts them on a shelf..but the kicker was when they started serving others inside that came in well after I did..I went to the counter to get my money back and voiced my displeasure, staff continued to serve others behind me instead of focusing on my problem..he calls up Manager?? who continued to do the same thing. I just wanted my money back..they went looking for my order and found it on the shelf..obviously been there and cold...they tried to get me to take it. I had to, at that point, raise my voice to get them to comply with just cancelling my order..50 minutes for nothing but grief...bye WTG...BWW is just...
