Reggie's Bar — Restaurant in Owatonna

My fiancé and I go out maybe once a month. We like to visit downtown where we live, and tonight was literally the worst for service ever. I stood waiting for someone to help me at the bat for 5 minutes. 2 people who worked there were just talking to people, and one guy was cashing someone out. They weren't that busy, and I even Said something. They didn't notice us until we were walking out. Mind you, this is the second place we went to and got the same treatment. Band was good, "Five Minute Major". Ordered some pizzas that went to a different table. 15 minutes later they noticed their mistake and brought us one of the pizza's back from the wrong table(cold) and made a new one to replace the 2nd. The second one was screaming hot to be expected, but the middle of it was barely unfrozen. A couple drink coupons were given for the inconvenience but since none of us in the group drink it was a moot gesture. Not extremely happy, but friends that frequent the place said that this is not normal of their service so I plan to give them another shot...

I would give ZERO stars if possible! Very rude wait staff. Waitress walked by our table 3 times...didnt take our order, didn't say she'd be right back....nothing. Sat there for 10 minutes being ignored. A group of 4 came in and she took their order right away. We left. Went to the restaurant down the street where the wait staff spoke to us as soon as we walked in, and took our order within 30 seconds of us sitting down.
