I cant even give this location 1 star after the way I was treated by Anna the "general manager". I drive for door dash. I had 2 orders to pick up there before 6am. The door dash app notes state that when I arrive to pick the orders if the lobby is closed to go through the drive through to pick up the order. When I did this instead being politely greeted at the window by Anna, instead I was told with attitude that I was not supposed to pick up dash orders through the window. With no disrespect I politely explained to her that I was simply completing the instructions listed on the dasher app. Anna then proceeded to rudely tell me that they don't do orders at this time and that the store os not even open. Again I tried to calmly explain that I am just going by what is shown in the instructions on the dasher app. Anna then asks for my name so that she can report me to door dash and request that I never be allowed to pick up from there again. I am so confused at this point. She closed the window and when I knocked on the window she was refusing to come back and speak to me just kept yelling "you have your order leave" over and over. I told her I just needed to ask her a question. She finally came back and slung the window open... I asked her may I have your general managers name and number she yelled at me telling me that she is the GM. When I asked for the corporate manager information she told me everything is handled through email and told me to look it up online. She refused to give me any other management names or phone numbers. She continued yelling at me and was even leaning out the drive through window a little. Her behavior as a "general manager " was not only rude but very unprofessional! Other than for my deliveries with door dash I will never return to this...
Read moreI love Hardee's food and i eat there sometimes 3 times a week. And usually I have nothing but good things to say about them but not this time . I pulled up to order at 5:33 waited was about to pull off when she finally asked for my order at 5:39 . And I ordered 3 Frisco breakfast sandwiches she said bacon sausage or ham . Wth I said what do mean ? I want them the regular way. She repeated the same thing again and added you can get them with different meat choices they just don't tell you that . Um i want them the usual way . I puled up to the window payment in hand and she's taking another drive thru order , ok no worries. Then she fills my order puts on the counter and proceeds to wait on customers at the front line register . several customers. Walks to the back not sure why , then back to drive thru for another's order then back to front line again for another customer And My order is still on the counter . I would have left without the food if it was just my order but there were others that I was getting food for so I waited . At 5:52 I finally got my order . I was almost late for work .Shawna should NEVER be at the drive thru , she was all over the place and acted like she was on something . She made comments about things that made no sense at all . And BTW NO you cannot get a Frisco.breakfast sandwich any other way than the original , I looked it up . Management needs to make sure she knows this and not argue with customers. When I was leaving the drive thru line was backed up to the street . It's been like that a lot lately . I don't know where the sweet lady that used to work drive thru went but please bring her back . She...
Read moreThe results are in. My favorite burger in town is the Candied Bacon Frisco Burger. First, you could taste the meat, unlike other fast food joints. The bacon was just right. It didn't stretch or pull off the sanwhich when bittin into. Each bite was an oral handshake. The cheese was well distributed throughout the sandwich, whose flavor and texture were very distinguishable . I used to want the bread more crispy and would toast it when I got home. But now I am acutely aware that its current texture is perfect. No crumbs, sauce doesn't flow out (much), and the whole sandwich stays together. The sandwich is pricey, but the quality and quantity during this time is worth the extra cost. Veterans parking is available, which is considerate. The crew inside was deep cleaning the entire restaurant, including underneath the tables and chairs, and they didn't seem to be griping. (although I am sure they are underpaid...but aren't we all? ). Counter service was active and was keeping the cook on their toes. More services should run with this woman's example of what service looks like. Brianna, on Frederica st. Owensboro, Kentucky. That's 2 encounters with the same energy. She's...
