Great Harvest Bread Co. — Restaurant in Owensboro

The only thing i was disappointed in was price for a small sandwich. 12.00 for a drink and a plain chicken salad sandwich. Oh of course the pickle. It was ok flavor nothing to knock me down, but i needed to give blood next door so i went in thinking a would have a bigger bread knowing its the bread company. I shouldve gone down to kroger and picked up a loaf of wheat bread and a container of chicken salad at the deli. But never thought i would still be hungry after eating this lunch. The employees very nice. I know things are high but man it blew my mind. Next time i guess ill go i bit further and get full enough to get threw til supper. I just dont have money like that. Nice little sandwich shop and bakery. They offer free samples of the bread and not little chunks, you get a nice, warm and thick slice of bread! The cranberry bread is DELICIOUS! I had a breakfast sandwich on the sourdough bread, which was served hot and quickly even thought the restaurant was relatively busy. There were several different coffees available, I like a medium roast and was able to find one that was good for me. Reasonably priced and has the feel of a family run business. I have lived in Owensboro now for almost 6 years. I have been going to Great Harvest for no bake cookies and bread (They make the best of both) I have to say, wow! This company is top notch. They are consistently delivering the best customer service I’ve had in Owensboro. The team members there are so helpful and very polite.
