Terrible service. This incident has to do with the poor training that the associates receive from Management. Had they been trained, it would have been a smooth transaction The associate didnt know how to work the register. Messed up our order even after we had him read it back to us.Our order was $29. 19. We gave $30.20, expecting $1.01 in change. The associate said he couldn't take the money because we gave him to much money. We took the .20 cents back, so he could complete the transaction. When we got the order one sandwich was wrong and we were charged for two side dishes, that we didn't order. We asked for the sides to be refunded and no one knew how to work the register. Was asked to come back tomorrow. Two new customers walked in at this time. The associate then went on break without waiting on the new customers or greeting them. I asked him if he was on break, he stated yes . I asked him to get some one to run the register, to help with the wrong sandwich order and to help the people in line. Only then did he get another associate from the back. At this point i had to explain what had transpired to the associate ,twice before my order was corrected and the sides refunded. Read moreThis was my first experience with you. I placed an order online but accidentally sent it to the Frederica location. I got an email to confirm my order and I called the store as directed to cancel the order so I could redo it for the correct location on 54. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do because the order hadn’t even shown up on the computer. They told me they would call me back so I could cancel it when it showed up. I waited 30 minutes and never got a call so I called again. They told me they still couldn’t cancel it and I needed to do it on the app or the email. I told them I didn’t use the app and the email told me to call them. There was absolutely no way for me to cancel it myself and they wouldn’t do anything. I said I would drive across town on my lunch break and pick it up. When I got there the food wasn’t ready and I ended up waiting for 15 minutes. It was also 7 minutes after the pick up time. Several people asked me what I was waiting on and I said my order but didn’t ask my name or tried to speed it up. The staff were not friendly but I never spoke poorly to any of them. Read moreThis is solely based on my visit this evening. It is quite different than coming during the day. Tonight I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread (see photo below and count the pieces of chicken) there were only THREE chunks of chicken and it was cold. I did not get a pic of my daughter's order but she ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap with no tomato when she opened it it was as thin as a breakfast burrito from McDonald's. The girl that took our order seemed put out that we were even there after acknowledging us at the counter 4 minutes after we stood there. It took them 25 minutes to bring our food to the table and they weren't even busy.
