My wife had a diamond fall out of our wedding ring and we decided to use Lance's to fix it with the reputation I figured they would be the guys to pick look like they did a good job they put a diamond back in and built up some gold. It did stay for a while then the gold they put on the ring fell out. It appeared as though it did not bond to the ring. But luckily my wife found it before the diamond fell out again. When we showed Lance's what it happened they charged another $60 to fix it. I have an LLC I do remodeling work. When my customer calls me a year later and says the grout is coming out of tile I don't charge him more money to fix it I told you I'm sorry I must have done something not as well as I thought I did and I fix it and that's why they call me back I probably won't be using lances anymore after this I don't make other people pay for my mistakes I paid good money to have that diamond put back in there's nothing she could have done to make the gold that you bonded to her ring separate it's even in a very hard to hit spot I probably won't be using this company anymore stand behind your work, to the reply, I can see the repair with my naked eye. Don’t get me wrong you guys are awesome. If u got a Bunch of money But just a cashier gift your lacking in. There’s no place to go get a nice necklace or something for two or three hundred bucks. I mean the dentist is little bit snowflake you could barely even see it. Asking $700 for the chain so thin almost unseen. That’s a 2 to 300 dollar item. Not 8 after tax. It’s just too much for really just nothing. Those are chips ya know Just my opinion. You did excellent job on the ring you custom designed for my wife Paige. So I came to u first but it’s just too much for toooo little. Give us some more options under $500. Still like you though. Sorry...
