I went through the drive-thru and ordered a five dollar double cheeseburger meal deal. As I was heading out of town going through the bag, I noticed that I was missing my chicken McNuggets. I called and asked if the McNuggets were still included in the five dollar meal deal and I was told yes and I explained what happened. I was asked if I was gonna come back up there and I told him no, I was already headed out of town. They took my name and told me I was on the customer care list and the next time I came through, to tell them my name and I would get a replacement meal. I came back through a week later and went to the drive-thru again and told them that I was on the customer care list. They told me to drive to the second window. At that time another girl told me that because my order wasn’t taken the first time that I had to go back through the drive-thru to the outside lane. At this time there were five cars in front of me. Then I was told, as I gave them my name again , that I could not get my meal without a card. Then a third girl tells me that she never told me to go back through the drive thru. How do you get a card when you make a phone call complaint and you’re not physically there? I will never go back there again. Terrible...

I ask for cheese on the side. I don't really want the cheese but I always have to pay for it anyway so I ask for it on the side. I also ask for no pickles, no mustard. Well, they put the cheese on the Burger. Took it back via drive thru. Girl brings out second try. Girl handed it off with a snarl and hurried back to the lobby door. Cheese still on it and this time pickles and extra mustard. I try to take it back. Can't get in to the counter to complain. Then they won't answer the phone. I was out my money and didn't get anything I would eat. Tried to complain on mcdonald's website the next day, three times and it won't go through. I'm done with McDonald's. Used to go weekly. Read moreNormally great service. Remodeling looks great, but they have been reopened for less than one week and the ice cream and frappe machines are broken. One would think that with all that extra room they made, they would have a spare machine, because they had a hard time keeping the machine up and running before the remodeling.
So if you use the app to order and add frappes to your order, then show up to get your food, you have to go inside anyway to get your money refunded or just eat the cost.
Also when they send someone out to let you know that you have to pick different drinks they could look in the window and see that only one person is sitting in the vehicle and make a mental note so that they bring out your drinks with a cup carrier instead of bringing out your food and two drinks then making you wait for your...
