Burger King — Restaurant in Oxford

Well… I have to say it is part my fault for not reading these reviews!!!! If I would have I would have never gone to this awful place!!!! Whoever owns this particular Burger King should be embarrassed and ashamed I agree with the review that this place need to be tore down and start all over. Not only is it grotesque on the inside, this by far has to be the rudest employees that you can clearly tell have no respect for the job, quality or customers. Our experience there today was just horrible. The cashier was so rude and hateful I was just in disbelief!!!! I didn’t have to wait long for the food to come out but the order was wrong and when I explained it was wrong she just threw her hands up in the air and walked off to correct the order handed it back to me and walked off. I did say thank you so much. Have a great day!! But she wasn’t having it. So I just took our order and left!!! We will never go to that particular Burger King again!!!! If we have to drive 50 miles to eat at another one. For this fast food place to be located where it is you would think and expect a clean and friendly place. Had to wait to order, then after telling her twice it’s for here, food came out in a bag, then got a tray, went to get ketchup, none anywhere, then I’m standing at the counter, and instead of asking me what I need, she took a full order, I patiently waited, then asked for Ketchup packs, then I sat down, the number 6 double 1/4 lb meal picture shows 2 slices cheese, the one I got only had one. The black girl behind the counter obviously didn’t care for serving a white customer. Obviously. So recap, waited, then got my order shorted, and was not a “togo” but they wanted me to go and didn’t care that I’m standing there with an obvious question about ketchup packs that are nowhere to be found. The food was warm and that’s the only positive. Even a black man standing there could see I was being treated poorly as a customer and made a comment about how they don’t have any ketchup anywhere. I couldn't wait to post how satisfied I have been with this BK as of late. Just a few months back I vowed to never spend a penny at this location! The food was always cold and stale! I recently started going back a few weeks ago and I am VERY satisfied. The food is always fresh! Also the girl with the green hair at the drive through window is very sweet as well. This BK location has gained a customer back!

Update: 01/15/25 I drove out of the way for breakfast during opening hours around 6:15am. The store was clearly open and the drive-thru menu board was on. I waited at the intercom for almost 10 minutes with no response. Management needs to look into why their employees are ignoring customers. It is costing the owner money. Bad...
