Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oxford

I've been craving Taco Bell for a couple weeks now an I was unaware there was one in Oxford! I was like a kid on Christmas morning when I saw it today but that was short lived! This was my first and last time here!!! Not only was there very little steak but it was also cold an soggy and there was a piece of chicken on it that I found on my last bite, that I think they found in the floor that was dropped last week! It was so hard it literally chipped a tooth when I bit down! If that isn't enough, the fruitcake working the drive thru should not be allowed to work in a position where he has to communicate with the public!!! Order started ok, I pulled up an was instantly told to order when I was ready and I replied ok thank you and it went down hill from there! I wasn't sitting there 10 seconds an was asked if I had decided yet, even though I hadn't I just went ahead an ordered what I always order! Then I was asked what I wanted to drink an unasked if they had Dr. Pepper, she/he said no we have Pepsi do you want that, (you could tell by the tone of his voice he was discussed when he said it) and when I said no, his response was (well what do you want)!!! It was all I could do to, to bite my tongue an say well I guess I'll have a) then then the intercom shut off! Almost 2 minutes later of me saying hello I was putting the car in gear to drive off when the intercom came back on an he said (well have you decided yet) an y'all at no point until he turned the intercom off was there a pause in my responses!!! I told him if he had not turn the intercom off he would have heard I want Mtn. Dew an his response was ( you can drive around to the window)!!! I use to drive a truck and I've been all over the U.S an have met thousands of people of every race all with different ethics and I have never met anyone so rude or disrespectful at least not by someone that their job is to interact...

I had to change my rating from a 4 to a 3 because of the night shift. On August 27, 2023 at approximately 10:00 p.m., I visited this location. I placed my order online in hopes of that being easier for them to correctly prepare my order. To my disappointment this did not seem to work. I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo add sour cream with a blue raspberry frozen drink and soft supreme without lettuce plus another chicken quesadilla add sour cream on the side. What I received was, two chicken quesadilla without sour cream, a soft taco only beef and cheese and and a strawberry lemonade without ice, due to them "not having any freezes". It took an hour for me to get to the speaker box and an additional 25 minutes to get to the window, so the least they could've done was prepare my order according to the ticket. However, that seemed too much to ask. I should have checked my order while sitting in the window rather than risk driving all the way home to be disappointed, but the line was absolutely ridiculously long to have to make others wait for their mistakes. I understand that going to this location is a hit or miss sometimes, but it has been leaning more towards the miss each and every time. This is quite honestly the most poorly run establishment I have ever been to in my life. It is unorganized, slow, and the food is always poorly made. They are always closing at random times. The workers are very rude all the time. I had a Mobile order tonight and I waited in the drive through for 45 minutes because I had already paid. I got to the speaker and told them and told them my name and they said okay pull around. I finally get to the window and they say they don’t have it and there is nothing they can do. I showed them on my phone where I ordered and paid and everything. She was rude and yelling at me through the window. They said I have to call and get a refund because they don’t have it. After waiting in line for 45 minutes I couldn’t get back in line because this week they are closing at 8pm for some reason. Don’t the Tuohy’s own this Taco Bell? Something can definitely be done. Cookout works efficiently and the people that work there are kind. It’s makes no sense to me. Hopefully they can turn this place around but for right now it’s the worst possible place to eat in Oxford if you want fast food. Oxford Grill House has faster service...
