Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oxford

I placed an order for two large pizzas, one in which included chicken and mushrooms which they were out of. No problem! I requested them to cancel so we could see what we would like in replace of that pizza. We reordered two large pizzas. After 15 mins there was no phone call or cancellation of order so we figured it was a go. About 30 mins later I arrive at the store. I ordered carside delivery. I texted the number “HERE” and also checked in via emailed link. 10 mins passed and no pizza was delivered. I went inside, gave them my name, and they brought me two medium pizzas. I told them i ordered and paid for two larges. They proceed to say that they are out of large boxes. Why was there no phone call? Why would they try to send these out without asking me was it okay after i paid MY MONEY! they offer to make my pizzas over but if they didn’t have large boxes where were they gonna put these?! Then they tell me they are out of pepperoni now would I like just cheese. No! Give me my money back! She repeats again that they aren’t allowed to give refunds. That the truck is running late and that’s not her fault, and her job is on the line giving me a refund (because I got my refund!) i kindly told her that this is my money hard earned money that I spent! Ohhhh, they also claimed that I didn’t check in, but the thing is i checked in and because my pizza was taking longer than 2 mins (the time they have to deliver your pizza using carside delivery before you are owed a free pizza) someone completed the damn order without really bringing my order! How are they always over an hour late on delivering pizza with this Domino's in Oxford NC? Every time I have tried ordering food from here, its either an hour late or they deliver the wrong thing after being an hour late! I have tried emailing customer service and they NEVER respond. I have also tried contacting HQ, but I am told they have to take care of things on a store level.

Today I called after the delivery app said it was delivered to my door. (it was NOT delivered) the man on the phone said that it was coming out of the oven right then and to give them 15 min and they would bring it to my address. They had a shift change (it was 5:15) and it "reset the system" I said ok, gave them another 30 min before I called back again. 6pm I called back again, still no pizza. I asked to speak to the manager after an hour of not getting the food I paid for, the guy on the phone said he was a manager. When I told him to refund me since I never received food. He said he had to wait on his manager to refund it. I said "you just said you were the manager" clearly he was not! He said he could deliver the pizza now because it just came out of the oven. I told them to cancel the order and refund me becuase there is no way I would want it after an hour, who knows what they would do to it before it gets to my house at this point. This is the worst customer service I have ever experianced. He claims he "will have the general manager, Joy call me" however I believe that is also a lie and that this will get no where. They need to just shut down at this point if this is how they run their franchise

I never thought I would ever have to write a review this bad, but this really tops the cake of all reviews. I ordered a car side pick up for a Handmade Pan pepperoni pizza at 4:30pm. They said it would be ready at 4:50pm. I arrive at the door at 4:48pm and sent the text saying I was “HERE” I was driving a WHITE FORD. The guy proceeds to walk out and ask me “are you the silver Chevrolet” I just shook my head no. He walks back in. The silver Chevrolet was RIGHT BESIDE ME. So I roll my window down to let her know they have her pizza and she waited and she proceeded to have to go in and get her pizza and they had to remake it because it sat so long it was cold. So I’m waiting and waiting, finally I go in and I’m like I have a car side order. She grabs the pizza and hands it to me I open it and it was RAW in the middle. So she said she would remake it. Cool. I come back inside 10mins later and she didn’t remake it at all and had left and didn’t tell the next shift. So they remake it. 10mins later I get handed a pizza that looked worse than the first. It looked like absolute PUKE. I asked for just a regular hand toss pepperoni pizza and he offers me some cinnamon twist, I politely said no sir I’m allergic but I can do some Garlic bread twist, he said cool that’s fine.
