McDonald's — Restaurant in Oxford

I am without words I can’t believe the level of common sense at this store , I can’t even eat my food because this is ok with them. I ordered on August 7 2025 11 am I asked for a Mac double meal with a Dr Pepper. McDouble with bacon no meal small fry medium coke there was a girl at the window and a boy beside her when I got to the window I had her repeat my order which was wrong out the gate she said if I add bacon $2 I said no problem I still take it ask for a receipt. Everything was still wrong and a 4 count nugget had entered the chat some way I never even talked about nuggets yes everything else was she was back there laughing and talking somehow things just got ordered even though I am frustrated I am like ok whatever my husband will eat it then pulled the sandwich out only to find no bacon I couldn’t believe it took my appetite instantly that there no level of comprehension in this place the girl at the second window acknowledged me with no attitude went and got bacon was very nice oh I forgot I asked for two medium drinks and she still gave me one and and small this is behind frustration I worked at Macdonalds when I was you we where not like this worked for Chick-fil-A ran it seven years I will never all the days of my life go here I...

This must be the worst drive-through service in America. I've come here off and on over the past 16 years, and it's as true today as it was back then. Approximately 1 out of every 3 or 4 times I come here, they sell me food and drink at the menu speaker, they take my money at window 1, then at window 2 they tell me something's broken, wrong, or missing, and I need to go park up by the corner of the restaurant and wait while they serve all the people in line behind me. And half the time I come for morning cafe drinks, their machine is empty/broken/being cleaned between 5am and 8am. I've complained about this before to 2 different managers. I'm convinced they don't care, as it all happened again last week, probably the 20th or so time for me. That's it. No more. This location has terrible service. Total time we spent for takeout order was 30 minutes, this includes placing the order and receiving the food. The service is terrible, it's just a bunch of young kids standing around looking like they have no clue what's going on. The manager is clearly disabled and doing more than the younger employees. The only thing we ordered was one Burger combo and a single burger, and it took over 20 minutes. By the time we got to the car because I was in such a rush, I realized how cold all of our food was. Also the one drink we ordered with the combo was terrible, the syrup in the machine needed to be changed so we basically had soda water. Just go across the street to Burger King or Wendy's or cookout, do not waste your time at this location!!! I've never had this terrible of an experience at other McDonald's locations in my 31...
