Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Oxnard

Everthing started right until there was a very long hair in the strawberry chesse cake ice cream. I saw her trying to pull it out. After she pulled it out she tried to serve me the ice cream. I asked her to please dont give me that. She laugh and said okay. I sat there for a few minutes thinking she was going to toss it. But no! I got up and asked her to please, toss it. She said she would. I said please do! she than said I dont have to show you. I said you are correct but its common sense to toss it. She than tells me my manager is here. I said thats nice. I dont need them . It just common sense not to serve someone that ice cream. I was nice about it but she was rude & upset. I took my two girls there for a after dinner treat and after seeing the hair and she didnt want to toss it. I just didnt want anymore ice cream. I couldnt her the girls name but it started with an F. Just watch them when you are being serve. I know, this was an accident but the rudeness was...

We love this place not just for the delicious ice cream but the fact the management and staff and customers are truly honest people with a conscience. 20 minutes before closing time, my wife took our 2 young girls for some ice cream. Once my wife got on the road to head home, she realized she left her credit card wallet that has her drivers license and all her important cards at Baskin-Robbins. She called the store and the manager answered and said a customer found it and brought it to the staff. My wife arrived after closing time and the staff gave my wife her wallet back in tact. We were at this store on 4/23/2020. They allowed one person to get in & marked 6-feet wait lines for social distancing on the floor. One clerk was at the store helping two customers who were picking up a cake. When she was ready to take our orders, I realized she didn’t wear a mask and had a glove only on one hand, with which she was scooping ice cream. When I asked her to wear a mask & gloves, she said “oh my mask is over there” but refused to wear. She was holding ice cream cups in her bare hand.
