The signs say they are under new management which would explain the negative change in food quality. I'm sorry to have to say but the food was not good at all. My Husband and I having been going there for years and this is the first time we have had bad food. I ordered shrimp tacos and beef flautas. Both were extremely greasy and the flautas were very greasy but still not cooked all the way through and the beef was tough! Also, there was a strange portion of some kind of organ in my shredded beef that was terrible! My Husband had a torta and it was very burned on one side and they served it to him anyways?? They also forgot the chicken taco he had ordered and they incorrectly made a chicken flauta instead of a taco so we had to wait for them to make the taco instead. We waited a very long time for our order which was also a first. The lady taking orders was very nice and the chips and guac were good. There was a younger guy and an older guy cooking and I think overall, it was the younger guy doing the cooking. I really hope they are able to get new cooks and they can improve their cooking abilities in the next few months. We won't be back anytime soon but we will give them 1 more try down the road in hopes that we will be able to frequent this establishment again someday. We would hate to lose this option...
Read moreIve been going here for a long time and this past month the new owner raised the price by ~25% for the whole menu. The food was the same quality and size, the price was just a lot more expensive with no warning. They already knickle and dime you for everything (have to pay for soda refills and limit on salsa bar and toppings). It looks like they are going to redo the whole place and maybe become a sitdown which would make sense for the price spike, but it just really sucks they increased the price before the upgrades. This was my go to affordable place for good Mexican Food but its no longer that. I didn't want to tank the ratings because a business does have to make money, but I feel like they took advantage of my loyalty. I probably won't be...
Read moreOne of my go-to lunch spots. Good sized and decently priced dishes. Imagine a hometown Mexican-styled Chipotle. You stand in line, check out the menu above the cooking station, when you get to the front, you let them which dish, which meat, and what you want or don't want in it.
I tend to go for Nachos w meat or tacos durados bc I love the crunch OR if I'm working late, I'll grab a King sized (XL) burrito, eat half for lunch and save half for dinner. It's plenty large and easily feed either two people or work for 2 meals. Good breakfast burritos as well 👍👍
They also have a juice and smoothie counter. Their breakfast special will give you a breakfast burrito...
