Best prices, happy and positive environment, and the best service. Absolutely phenomenal experience! The owner, Isaac, goes above and beyond for his clients. To make sure that he does not lose a client he will personally reach out take the time to give his clients VIP treatment. During my first experience, though the prices were extremely fair, the customer service wasn't what I had hoped. Isaac personally proved that Gold and Jewelry Emporium values each and every client during my visit today. He is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and took the time to educate me on what to look for in jewelry items as aposed to many gold buyers/pawn shops that make you feel ignorant when you ask them a question about items you want appraised. He is sure to give you the best price possible on items for you to buy and to sell. And if he cannot offer you what you hoped, he has great advice and may possibly know who can help you better. Out of the many items he purchased from me, 3 had already been appraised by other gold buying stores. A jewelry store completely low-balled the current scrap gold melting price and a pawn/gold buying shop was both rude and cheap. So I was extremely impressed with not only the customer service at Gold and Jewelry Emporium, but also how fair they are with their offers. Isaac had also stated that he is always willing to negotiate aswell! I did not feel a negotiation was necessary, however. His enthusiasm for gold and jewelry is contagious and his genuinely kind and cheerful personality is refreshing. Update from 24 hours from below: Isaac was very apologetic for our problem of yesterday and we did choose to give the business a second chance. He was able to provide what we needed and we had a good experience.

We went today to sell some jewelry. I chose this business based on the mostly good reviews. We arrived at 1:22pm. A sign on the door (just above the sign asking for reviews...) said "we will be back in 5 minutes. Thank you". We tried calling twice; no answer. At 2:05pm we left. If you can't be trusted to be back in 5 minutes (or be honest about when you will return) then you certainly cannot be trusted to buy or sell high quality items. Well, you really can't be trusted on any level. Your website does say that your hours are 10 am - 7pm. It does not say that you close for lunch or to run errands or whatever you were doing while your dog sat on a chair in the store. You can rest assured that I will not waste my time to return to your establishment and if this is the way you run your business, I cannot imagine that you will be in business much longer. Truly, I understand if you have to be away from your shop if you are the only employee, but be honest about your return so you respect your customers' time as well...

In the area visiting and stopped in to see what goodies I could buy. First the guy behind the counter didn't want to let us in. When he opened the door he stood in front of it and asked "What did I want?" I looked around at their limited showcases and said I was here as a consumer to buy. He said they don't sell , they only buy. I looked into the showcase next to us with jewelery that had price tags and looked at him. I said what's that. He repeated himself and said we don't sell, we only buy. As he escorted us out the door and locked it. As we left, a man came to the door and he let him right in. We looked at each other and thought either he doesn't like woman or my Prospectors shirt. For those looking to BUY gold or silver. Our recommendation is: Don't waste your time...
