The expieance i had 2 nights ago was unbelievably bad, i had gotten my order in 20 min for delivery. That was the best thing about it... The 2 pizza's that we ordered didn't have extra cheese and were cold when they got here, I call back and asked to talk to the shift manager. She got on the phone and was rude from the start, I told her the reason and and she didn't believe me at all was laughing at me. She then told me "What do you want me to do about it" blew mind. I asked for the food to be remade and then she told me 45 min to 1hr with a chuckle. Then I asked for my money back, I was told that they can't bring me it then come pick it up. Awful awful customer service

11/20/2021 Pasta delivered and both should be the same , one has all ingredients the other has cheese and sauce only , I called and was told they messed up and they wanted me to wait an hour and a half for redelivery or pick up myself after paying delivery fee. Manager was refusing a full refund customer service on the phone was ridiculous definitely lack proper phone etiquette towards customers. As if it was our mistake. District office should offer retraining to staff.

The service here sucks! I placed my order online and it stated it would delivered in 37 minutes.. 1 hour and 10 mins still waiting.. I call and I'm told your pizza has not left the store. They couldn't give me A time of when my pizza was going to be delivered and couldn't gurantee once my pizza was delivered if it was going to be hot.. Wow what kind of service is this.. long story short i was suppose to have a credit on my account to get my order free the next time and guess what..... nobody knows nothing, there are no notes on my account and the people i spoke to that day, don't recall any of that. Thomas or Sergio yes i had this conversation with you both. Poor Customer Service All the way around. You can't pick what store you want to deliver to your home.. So they force you to take your business...

This location has gotten my order incorrect more times then I can count. So I've stopped going completely to this location. Absolute waste of time.

The last time is what really did it for me. I told them I asked for extra sauce and extra cheese. The pizza had neither on it. The person who made the pizza comes over to tell me "It has extra sauce and cheese I made it" I then asked kindly of another person that picked up their pizza if they could open the box and show me the pizza in front of them. And they did. And guess what? exactly the same as the one I had in my hand that's suppose to have extra sauce and cheese.

Then the manager tells me they'll make another one but I have to pay for it LOL. Yeah def not...

Thank you for feeding my friend who is down on his luck. A Veteran who had everything stolen his wallet contains his social security card and his California Identification card and his Direct Express card which has all his money on it. He called me on the phone. I live in Lubbock Texas. I tried to buy him a pizza with my card & I couldn't, only because I have to sign the receipt. I asked the rep if they could help my friend & they are. God is Good & so are the employees at this location and I strongly believe that they will have good karma for helping out a hungry veteran.
