Drove to Sova bar today from Springfield. I was disappointed. I just ordered a regular cup of coffee. I'm a coffee lover!! Coffee tasted very bitter. I was told that they use whole milk instead of half n half creamer. Yuck! and only had brown sugar. I use white sugar. This was not worth the drive for me for a pricey cup of coffee that I ended up...

Honestly the best coffee I’ve had in the “Springfield and surrounding” area. My fiancée, who’s a lover of high quality coffee, goes here all the time (it’s my first time here). Better than Starbucks and Scooters! Great service and Vitalii is so nice and genuine. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to coffee. Great/quality beans and proper sugar usage. During our stay in the Springfield area, we frequented this cute little coffee bar. The barista is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about high quality coffee. If you like the sophistication and complexity of straight European style espresso or an Americano like me, this is your place. If sweeter drinks are your thing, my wife raves about his macchiatos and the energy infused mojito. If we lived in Ozark, this spot would be a daily stop.
