Market House Venue and Lofts — Local services in Ozark

The ground floor venue itself is so pretty — an old Ozark building on the square, three doors down from my grandfather’s old grocery store and butcher shop. The floors, ceilings, decor on walls and tables — perfect for my mother’s taste, and what we were looking for: a warm, pretty space to welcome 40 or so friends and family after my father’s graveside service at Ozark Cemetery. The owner, Barbara, was wonderful with my 90-year-old mother and with me: she understood what we wanted to do and executed it beautifully, adding a delicious, fabulous cake on her own and making really yummy finger food for the group. During our gathering, Barbara was going above and beyond, refilling cups of lemonade, iced tea, and food, and checking in with us to make sure everything was as we wished. And it absolutely was. Our family and friends (about 40 of us) came from out of town for our son’s wedding in Branson and we chose Market House in Ozark to hold our rehearsal lunch. It was exactly the atmosphere we were looking for!! It was a quaint, historical, and charming building and atmosphere; all within a picturesque town square. All of our guests were superbly impressed with the venue!
