We stopped and got ice cream there Sunday afternoon. We ordered two turtle sundaes and were so disappointed. The sundaes were served with chopped peanuts instead of pecans, caramel sauce and unexpected hard shell chocolate (instead of hot fudge or chocolate sauce). We took them to our car to eat and they were next to impossible to eat because the plastic spoons we were given could not break through the chocolate hard shell. The man who made and prepared the sundaes had dirty hands, used no gloves and kept disappearing out back to take frequent smoke breaks, while leaving customers waiting at the window. DO NOT EAT HERE! First lets strat with the trash that was ALL over the exterior of the building. It literally looked as though they just took full trash bags and dumped them everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Next let's move onto the service. We ordered 2 small concretes (at $6 dollars a piece!) And a small Butter Scotch ice cream. Took nearly 30 minutes to get our ice cream even though there was Noone else there. And finally the product. I’ve never even heard of this place UNTIL we parked in their parking lot while at the establishment next door. They left a note on our window saying we couldn’t park there. Meanwhile their lot was completely empty and 30 minutes from their closing time. Research actually says that the more full the parking lot is, the more likely they are to bring in new customers.
