Hardee's — Restaurant in Pacific

The restaurant is very dirty, it smells bad upon entering. We weren't greeted, which I can understand because they were busy. We stood for quite a while waiting for our order to be taken, and then after us there were two more customers in line who waited 7 minutes for their order to be taken, until they finally gave up and walked out. The cashier didn't even so much as acknowledge them. She just stood there, waiting for food to come out for the drive thru, when she could have taken orders while the food was prepared. No one was smiling, and everything seemed like a huge inconvenience to them. I know fast food may not be the greatest job, but you should still take some pride in what you do. I will never return to this location, and if you are considering stopping here I would keep driving until the next one. Don't waste your time...

I will never go back to the Pacific, MO location. Picked up the new hot honey chicken waffle sandwiches for my house guests. One of them had a large, bent paperclip wrapped up with the sandwich.

Then when my husband took it back, no one apologized or acted as if it was an issue. The manager just took it from him and said “I’ll take care of this”. Then he witnessed her use the same paperclip to clear a clog in the honey dispenser. 🤮She then gave a new sandwich to a teen working the counter and told him to give it to my husband. She never asked him if he wanted another sandwich or his money back or what. He refused the sandwich from this...

Wanted to give the lady who worked on the evening with the snow storm Thursday evening.. she was working by herself it seemed and she was pleasant she told us the order would be made hot and ready if we could wait. Then as we were leaving we noticed she was trying to close I assume from the weather. She could of told us to leave but she did not. I think she deserves an outstanding customer service award for taking care of our order which was not small. We have a big family and was headed home late from work ourselves.
