Great parking, close to the beach, and delicious food. Atmosphere: The decor at Oasis is a tasteful blend of modern elegance and traditional Vietnamese elements. Makes you feel like you are in vietnam beach. Service: The service at Oasis is exemplary. The staff is friendly, attentive, and well-versed in the menu, providing excellent recommendations and accommodating special requests with ease. Service is prompt yet unhurried, allowing you to fully savor each course. Food: The menu at Oasis is a celebration of Vietnamese flavors, offering both classic dishes and contemporary twists. We started with the chicken wings and imperial rolls. The chicken wings were perfectly crispy, coated in a flavorful sauce that balanced sweetness and spice. The imperial rolls were another standout, with a crispy exterior and a savory filling of pork, vegetables, and glass noodles, served with a refreshing nuoc cham dipping sauce. The highlight of the meal was the bánh xèo, Vietnamese savory crepes. These crispy pancakes were filled with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts, and were served with fresh lettuce and herbs. Wrapping the bánh xèo in lettuce leaves and dipping it in the accompanying sauce was a delightful way to enjoy the myriad of flavors Overall: Oasis is a gem of a restaurant, offering an authentic and immersive Vietnamese dining experience. With its exquisite cuisine, impeccable service, and serene atmosphere, Oasis stands out as a top destination for both casual dining and special occasions. It truly embodies the essence of an oasis in

11/5/22. VERY GOOD PHỞ 👍 This beef soup for the Vietnamese is like hamburger for us here. The most important part has to be the Broth. At Oasid the broth is light, tasty, and not too salty…allowing me space to add the SriRacha hot sauce and Hoisin sauce to my bowl. The noodles are chewy and not too soft. The brisket and tripe are also tender. I like the fact that I can choose the size that I like. My little complaint is the lack of fresh asian basil—a must for our Phở. The herb given to me was old and crushed up. Since we will consume this herb fresh, uncooked, special care should be given to this herb, this may not be a concern for non Vietnamese customers but a big thing for us. All in all this is a very, very nice restaurant to have a good, hot bowl of Phờ especially on a cold rainy day like today. We enjoy Phở at any time of the day, from breakfast to midnight. I will surely go back to this joint and try different items on the menu. Stay tuned.

Summary: This place will do in a pinch, but there is better pho just over the hill. I ordered the Shrimp Rolls and House Special Vermicelli Noodles (chicken/pork broth based) for take-out. Shrimp rolls: Tasted fresh, but the dipping sauce was too sweet for my taste. You get 3 rolls per order. House Special: Broth was on the sweet side with not much complexity, compared to other places I've tried. Pork and beef were on the dry side. Shrimp tasted fresh. The accompanying bean sprouts and cilantro were fresh. Fast and polite service. Pleasant, clean interior. Note: They have a $15 minimum for credit card purchases.

Just dropped by for some quick dinner, and I have to say it's nice to have a decent Viet place to get a rice plate. The staff was quick to seat me and get my order. Not enough interaction to determine if they are friendly or not, but not much emotion was shown.

Nonetheless the five spice chicken was good for its price. They gave me a huge amount of rice for the amount of chicken they gave me. Ended up wasting it. The chicken was moist on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside Very well seasoned and I'd definitely come back again in the future.

The location is right next to Starbucks and across the street parking lot from 24 Hour Fitness. On a Wednesday night before Thanksgiving there was a good amount of people here enjoying the soft opening.

I'll definitely tell my friends about this place and come back...
