Starbucks — Restaurant in Pacifica

One of my least favorite SBUX I've been to, but mostly due to how they prepare the drinks. The location has no drive-thru, but plenty of parking due to being in the shopping center. There are several tables & chairs, but it doesn't seem to be enough at times, particularly the lack of variety chair-type options. There are a couple of outside umbrellas, but no tables or chairs out there. The art on the wall is lovely, but music is too loud. Do like the soap, sink, dryer handwash system they have, but from Sunday's visit to Tuesday(July 10-12 2022, they had not refilled the soap in one of the two dispensers. Tuesday's visit also seemed like it needed cleaning (restroom mostly) that wasn't being done. Again, the worst was the drink. These came out bad half the time, the latte being the worst, too much milk and no syrup/sweetener--gross. My friend's cold brew was also...

I try to avoid this Starbucks at all costs! Their staff if so rude! I cannot count how many times I have had bad service. Sadly it's the Starbucks closest to my house. I have been ignored multiple times. I have been sprayed with water by an upset female worker one time all because she forgot to get my cup of water she decided to get an attitude on me and instead of saying sorry, she grabbed a cup, turned on the water fountain angrily and I got wet because I was standing across the counter then she slammed my water on the counter without saying anything to me or even looking at me. I believe this was sometime in January 2019. The staff has the worse attitude I have EVER seen! The worse service. I implore you to go to another Starbucks. The barista at the Starbucks Safeway Linda mar is the most thoughtful person in the world even though she was experiencing some issues with the espresso machine. When i came in very early a.m. to order a soy latte she advised me of the issue and offered the option of going across the parking lot where there's another and bigger starbucks. Apparently the shift from the night before left the self cleaning in the device going all night long so the barista had to wait til its safe to use. I was able to make an informed decision to place the order there regardless of the wait and do grocery shopping meanwhile. When I got back instead of picking up the latte she prepared my coffee right then because she didn't want it to get cold.
