Update: ordered a lemon flavor filled donut and the filling tasted like ant poison. Very disappointed since lemon is my favorite flavor. This was a 3 star review previously. I highly recommend trying out scooters instead Usually they get my order right and put it I exactly as I ordered it. But this last time they put creamer and extra caramel and I can't help but feel like it was some sort of favoritism or like trying to get me to like them more so I come more often but I didn't order extra caramel and I'm allergic to cream so I couldn't drink the coffees they made for me. I specifically said no cream and the ticket said no cream but I definitely tasted cream and my stomach was hurting really bad after drinking a little of the Coffee, which is the main reason is can confidentally say there was cream I my drinks. I tried to go in and have them fix it but they said they didn't put cream in it with full confidence. I'm not calling anyone a liar but I definitely tasted something off in my drink. I had to put water in them to lessen the caramel taste because it was also way too sweet. I was at a loss for what to do after that and I spent $15 on these drinks and they were all three made wrong then the employees did not admit and just fix it and then made it wrong again, every previous time Ives gotten coffee or donuts here the service had been great but a time or two before now I've had to ask for a remake and the fact that Xtra caramel was added when I did not ask for extra made my drinks undrinkable. Not to mention the lack of responsibility for the cream.. after it was wrong the second time I just left since it seemed they couldn't do it correctly. I truly wish these employees the best, however I won't be coming to this store again as it seems the barista needed a reminder on some training and not to add extra things to people's drink. If I had wanted extra caramel I would have ordered...
Read moreThis store has recently decided to shut the kitchen down at 7 pm and close an hour early with no notice on the door or windows. I stopped in last night at 7:40 and was told no food was available not even a doughnut was in the bins. When I called to speak to the manager this morning I was told by her that she has lazy employees who don't clean the kitchen at night because they want out of there at closing time so her solution to give her employees what they want is to stop serving food and closing the store early. If the store closes at 9 pm which is when they close check their hours of operation they are supposed to serve food until 9 pm and if the hours of operation is until 9 pm they are supposed to stay open until 9 pm !!! Now I knew something was wrong because I've been at this very store at 8 pm and a bit later on a Friday night and bought food which is what prompted me to call the manager this morning only to have her lie and make excuses. You can't tell me your closing time is 8 pm when it's 9 and you can't just decide to close the kitchen before closing time. If you have lazy employees then you fire them and if a manager can't do her job then she also needs to be fired n replaced by someone who can. I hope corporate hears about this I'd hate to see a business close because of lazy incompetent employees running...
Read moreI’m usually not one to down a business for taking long because I myself work in customer service and understand the struggles. However, customers having to wait in the drive thru for 35+ minutes in the mornings is absolutely ridiculous. I got in the line this morning at 750AM and I didn’t leave until 830. They seem to be more worried about doing mobile orders instead of getting the orders done for customers that are in the drive thru waiting. I waited at the window alone for 10 minutes before ever receiving my coffee. I’m assuming they forgot about me since after I paid and received my food, they told me to wait for my coffee, closed the window, then came back 5 minutes later trying to charge me for someone else’s order then asking what I even had. I asked what the problem was and that I had to be at work and the girl at the window seemed to not even care. There was probably 7-8 employees in there working just from what I could see so I’m not sure why the drive thru was taking so long. This isn’t the first time this has happened by no means, but after this morning having to wait 35+ minutes for a coffee and pastry, I will not be back at this location. I was already 15 minutes late to work when I finally got my coffee or I would’ve asked for a manager. Not cool Dunkin- get...
