Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Paducah

I decided to give this place a shot because I'm tired of going to Starbucks. At starsuck there is usually a super long wait, or they're closed for some unknown reason. yesterday i had my first experience with scooters. I got a cold brew and a quad espresso shot. It was okay, the Carmel cold brew didn't taste like it had coffee in it, but that's what the espresso is for, to give it an extra punch. So I went by today because I was happy to not be going to starsuck, and what do you know they are out of cold brew. How do you have a coffee business selling items that you don't keep in stock. Imagine the thousands of dollars you lose. I literally spend 10 dollars a day on coffees. If on my second trip they already have an issue with stocking the items I buy, I will assume that half the time I will be wasting time driving to scooters. So I will from now on either suffer going to Starbucks or make my own. Approximately 4k of revenue is lost a year from me not choosing to spend at this establishment . I on many occasions buy all my workers a round in the mornings, so $4,000 is a minimum approximation of loss. I also assume they lose others like me as well. I would love to have an alternative to Starbucks, but I'm afraid scooters is not going to be it. Again, if on my second visit they are out of cold brew, then I'm going to assume this is a common issue, and I rather not waste my time. So sad, I postulate this place will not be...

I was #3 in drive through lane. Service was quick. Server was positive & helpful. This was my first time at Scooter's. I went there to get a breakfast sandwich. I ordered a bacon burrito. I was disappointed. The flour tortilla wrap was warm & crispy in spots. The filling was hot & spicy. I did not order the spicy burrito so I was surprised it was spicy. The filling was gummy with very little texture. Just a mash up of something like sausage, cheese & egg, despite it was suppose to be a bacon burrito. Very small, sort of wide but short, not filling at all. For about the same price, I much prefer the sausage, egg & cheese crossaint at Dunkin Doughnuts. I won't be ordering this burrito again. I may return & try...

I have been going there for a while now and getting my coffee with my cream on the side because I don't want anybody adding my creamer to my coffee this morning I go and I tell the lady in the Drive-Thru that I want a small medium roast coffee with cream on the side she insists on telling me that I cannot have the cream on the side and I'll tell her I've never had this problem before so then when I get to the window she tells me my total is $2.12 and I asked her why because I did not order a medium coffee I ordered one small coffee with medium roast and when I tell her this she and Rose her eyes and said something under her breath and walks away I will never be back and that was the worst customer...
