I went to the one on Bridge Street in Paducah, KY tonight. They had cars blocking the parking lot which I just thought the parking lot part was closed so I start going through the drive thru. A young girl came out and really smart mouth and rude like told me they were closed for the night. Their was nothing on their sign about them being closed their signs were all on. Their was nothing saying they were closed. There was cars in the parking lot and people in side. As we drove around the building and looked in it looked like they were having an employee holiday party. If you going to close for a holiday party then put it on your board, close your parking a little better, and turn sign lights off or something better. If you ain't going to do this to show that you're closed and you choose to send someone out to tell customers you're closed then don't send a rude person out to tell customers you're closed. I don't know if I will be going to the one on Bridge Street again for a while. I will go to one of the other ones in Paducah before I go...
Read moreMy wife and I just moved to the area and I was excited to see a taco johns. Have eaten there in the past and was an employee many years ago. The dining room was for the most part very clean and maintained, condiments, napkins and straws etc..were stocked and looked clean. Really the only issue I had was that the staff didn't seem that happy, they were not rude or anything but they just seemed more interested in talking with each other than the customers. Overall I was happy with everything though and will continue to...
Read moreDefinitely has management issues, everyone working there is doing their own thing and not working as a team. The cashier is doing her job , but nobody is listening to her call out items that needs to be addressed. First I got my order and asked to have the hot sauce refill on the sauce bar I heard her pass it along but no one refilled the sauce. After 5 minutes I told them all I got my food but have no sauce. Instead of refilling the bar they gave me packets.....Next after we got done eating we ordered some Mexican donuts bites, once again the cashier call out the order and after 5 minutes later, my wife checked on the order, sure enough nobody was preparing them. So they apologized and started the order. This is the reason I very seldom patronize Taco John's. NOT WELL...
