I came through tonight and had a pretty basic order. 4 cheese and bean burritos, two double beef burritos, one regular nacho fry, and a large Baja blast no ice. All items were correct, but when me and my boyfriend tried to drink, it tasted purely like carbonated water and just plain nasty. When I talked to both the cashier that gave us the drink and the manager saying it tasted really bad, they said “all the Mountain Dew are on the same thing, so..” I just looked at them and said “I wasn’t trying to get a free drink, I was just trying to let you know it tasted bad in case the bag for the syrup needed to be changed.” Then when we were pulled forward, we waited a little over 30 minutes. I assumed it was just because it was 9 pm and they were making everything fresh. No other cars but us in the drive thru, mind you. So when we got our food, all of it was cold. Which again no biggie, both me and him have worked in fast food. But when I got back home and both of us bit into our burritos, the rice was RAW. Like white uncooked rice. Crunchy. Nasty. Also can make people EXTREMELY sick. And honestly with the bad attitude AND THE INEDIBLE FOOD, I wanted to call and get a refund but honestly I have no patience to return to get it, nor will I in the future. And I deeply hope no one gets sick from tonight service because of your employees....
Read moreI'm sad honestly because I usually love Taco Bell SO much. During the last 2 visits I could not stand the drive thru customer service. They were rude and vastly uninformed about their menu. Literally both times there were items posted boldly on their own large posters on the menu board and when ordered, I was told they do not exist. When I asked why the posters were up if the items were not for sale at the store I was met with rude resposes and attitude of which the likes I've never experienced. Usually I'm not one to complain, so I just canceled the order the first time and ordered something else the second time (both incidents were months apart btw and different servers) . The second time which happened just moments ago, when I ordered something else, not only did they not confirm my order through the speaker, but when I got to the window to pay, my order was completely wrong and many items I did not ask for were supposedly my order, I informed them it was incorrect and got yelled at so I just decided not to bother trying further to talk to them, and just left. I think I'll be visiting the other taco Bell location in town exclusively from now on. If I could give this location 0...
Read moreAfter a very long and exhausting day I ordered from the drive thru at this location for tacos and a mexican pizza. Having paid a premium price, I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes for DRIVE THRU fast food. Those who ordered before me got their food as well as all those who ordered after me for the 20 minutes I waited. I finally got my tacos and pizza and frozen home where my family waited for dinner. These tacos were the worse things I've ever encountered!! The best way to describe them they smelled so strong of diesel fuel, I could not even begin to eat them. My husband was so hungry he tried to eat on said it tasted so weird he almost got sick trying to eat one. They smelled like they had been fried in diesel fuel. It seemed to be the hard shells. Whatever the issue it was so strong I can't imagine serving the public something this bad. Of course we didn't know until I got home, so I tried to call the store multiple times but they would not even answer the phone. Wondering if I was calling a bad number I call the Lone Oak store they were so happy to make things right for us. May I suggest some management at Irving Cobb store and a health inspection!! Something is...
