Crowley's Dive Bar - Painseville — Restaurant in Painesville

Ordered a few days ago. (Sunday) Waitress was drunk. (Blonde)

Order was completely wrong and not what we asked for. Received and charged for an extra triple smash burger as well. Should have known something was up when the ordering process was super easy. Even had the lady repeat my order and somehow my order was still wrong.

Cheese curds (appetizer) sauce that came with it.., ordered an extra and was completely two different sauces. One was a lot darker.

Asked for extra sauce and toppings on our burgers. Was charged but didn’t receive that. Ordered a chili cheese dog, they were out of the cheese so I asked for shredded cheddar instead and extra onion. Again didn’t receive that. $58.50 for a not so decent experience or food.

Highly disappointed.

Maybe I’ll just sit in next time and order.

I honestly don’t know if they were being racist or what. So be mindful if you are a POC and ordering. Maybe try code switching if that’s your thing. You may have a better outcome...

Our little city has needed this place!! A dive bar, where the space is small ( better to get to know your neighbors) the service is good and the burgers and fries are top notch!! 3 of us stopped in 1 week ago today and we all ordered the smash burger with fries. All 3 of us agree that their smash burger is the best burger we've had anywhere! What I like to call a hangover burger, it was cooked perfectly, greasy and oh so cheesy!!! 😋 I really want to try their fried bologna sandwich but it's unlikely because that burger just can't be beat!! It's 8am right now and I want a smash burger for breakfast!! Fair warning though, it's a small dive bar so be prepared to either wait for an open table or plop down and share a table with your neighbor!! It's cool...most of us...

5 Stars! A New Favorite!

I stopped into Crowley’s in Painesville for the first time on a Tuesday afternoon, and wow! What a great experience! There was a solid lunch crowd, which is always a good sign, and the vibe was welcoming from the moment I walked in.

I’d been hearing a lot about their smashburgers, and they absolutely lived up to the hype... Actually, they exceeded it! Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and exactly what I was craving.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the customer service was top-notch. You can tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests.

Crowley’s has definitely earned a spot on my go-to lunch list. Can’t wait...
