Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Palatine Township

Horrible location. I ordered 2 scoops on a regular plain cone. She hands me it in a cup. I repeated, that I cared for a regular plain standard conE. She looks at the counter, lost, and said "we don't have that." even though Im looking RIGHT AT them. After she figured it out, she hands me the 2 smallest scoops Ive ever seen in my life. It's barely even the size of a single scoop at other locations. And there's NO graham cracker in it (Beach day flavor) its supposed to be full of them. NONE. Cause it was the side scrapings of the tub, so it didn't even take like it was supposed to it tasted like frost (if you know what I mean). The cashier was handicap never seen something like this before, but he was addorable.
