Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Palatine Township

We came to pick up our order for 6pm today and absolutely didn’t appreciate the attitude from the cashier. I get that Tuesdays are busy because of the deal which is why we were there, but don’t take out your hardships on people who don’t deserve it. We never eat Pizza Hut but decided to give it a try with the $2 deal. We each ordered 4 pizzas, so naturally, we expected to see 4 more boxes than the ones we had, not realizing they were 2 to a box due to the size. Common sense? Sure. But it didn’t click at first. So when my friend asked about it the cashier just keeps stating “they’re both(the orders) there” “they’re there” “they’re there.” All he had to say was that there were 2 per box then we would’ve left. That’s all. I could tell he probably had a hard day due to the slamming of the cash register after we stated we had a pickup because he thought we were ordering. But that walk away to the kitchen area, his tone in how he spoke to us, and the look on his face… like we ruined HIS day? It was unnecessary. We didn’t do anything to him. So my friend and just I looked at each other with confusion then just left. First time at Pizza Hut in about 9 years & also the last....

I would rate it no star or 0/5 (it wouldn't let me post unless I click at least one star). I placed an order today at 8:30pm, was supposed to deliver to my house around 9pm. Since they don't have delivery drivers, they used Door Dash. When I tracked my order, the delivery changed to 10pm and door dash says my order has not left. I called pizza hut, unfortunately the door dash driver picked up my order at 9:30 and when they called the driver, he never picked up and he cancelled the order like he never picked it up. He drove away with my food! Pizza hut says they will make my order again but will take 45 mins and will be delivered by door dash again. I agreed hoping that it will be delivered to my house. I waited an hour and a half and there was no delivery! My kids and I were so hungry we had not eaten dinner. I was so upset and disappointed! I called customer service and complained. This has never happened to me before! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AS THEY HAVE BAD...

Pizza hut is ridiculous! I've ordered from this location before and was great and timely. I tried to order again via their website and kept getting a message they are closed for delivery today and change location. So I attempted to multiple times to do so but only let's me choose this location, OK fine I'll just call a different location then. So I chose another location in Arlington heights under 4 miles from my address and call. Maybe five minutes later someone answered to take my order. After giving my info she told me unfortunately they are closed for delivery today? I called a specific store and seems to me their calls are outsourced and prompted to the nearest location? Woman was not very helpful and was asking me to provide the location of the store I was calling! I promptly hung up felt very suspect for me to give credit card info to. Shame I understand if a driver calls in and no delivery for the day but Pizza huts system is preventing me from...
