I was really excited about this place opening up near my home. But today my experience was not pleasant! I came quite a bit before work and sometimes after. I literally order the same basic iced coffee with cream and sugar every time I go. The girl in the intercom some how got the words hot and iced mixed up and prepared me a hot coffee, so I kindly said oh I’m so sorry but I ordered an iced coffee. The dude takes the coffee back, brings me an iced coffee, and then scolded me and said next time you come the price will be different for an iced coffee. My issue here is if they wanted me to pay the difference I more than gladly would have even if it was her mistake! I decided to come here instead of Starbucks to get the free Sabrina Carpenter cup. The ad advertises ANY Daydream drink. So I ordered mixed berry. When I got to the window and asked for the cup the worker was confused so she asked her manager and he told her now the strawberry got the cup. I proceeded to show the add that said ANY daydream refresher. She then spoke Spanish into her headset and I replied to her in Spanish and she was stunned I understood. The manager then came and told me only strawberry is Sabrina’s Daydream Refresher. Didn’t even bother to look at the ad. I just smiled and said okay thanks. I left with an icky feeling so I contacted Dunkin and they said they would correct it.

Incredibly poor experience, this place is running a scam. Charges for removing meat, charges for removing ICE, charges for a cup of WATER! Surprised that Corporate allows this franchise owner to do this.
They have an offer for a $3 sausage egg and cheese with a drink purchase. I asked to remove the sausage because I don't eat Pork and they said "we can't, you can purchase an egg and cheese for the normal price.". How in the world does this make sense? Pay more for less food? Ended up not buying anything and won't ever return to this location again. Never had this happen before, seriously seems like they're a bunch of smooth brains working/managing this place. I hope this location fails and something else opens here, truly...
