SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE, I WAS TOTALLY IGNORED BY SERVER WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE GREESY CALIMARI THE FIRST TIME, SECOND TIME HE JUST SAY I AM SORRY, AND IGNORE ADDRESSING MY COMPLAINT....WHAT THE HELL, MY HARD EARNED MONEY...I AM PISSED...THE CALIMARI SUCKED, PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER THIS....WHAT A WASTE OF $10.00 GREASE BUCKET....I HAD TO TAKE NAPKINS AND SQUEEZE OUT THE GREESE TO EAT THE ONES I DID....I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM BACK, BUT DIDNT WANT TO GO TO MGR AND COMPLAIN, AS I WAS WITH OTHER PEOPLE....BUT LIVE AND LEARN....FRIES ALSO FULL OF GREESE, LIKE BOTH SOAK IN GREESE BEFORE THEY SERVE THEM..MCDONALDS HAVE BETTER FRIES.....I CAME HOME THROWING UP....I WILL BE CALLING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT.....I REALLY WANT MY MONEY BACK.....NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN...I HAVE BEEN IN THE FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY FOR OVER 25 YEARS, EATEN AT MANY PLACES ALL OVER, A FOOODIE, WORST FOOD I HAVE HAD..THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO TAKE OUT GRATUITY ON THE BILL, A MANDITORY THING, AS I WAS NOT GOING TO LEAVE A TIP FOR THAT RUDE SERVER, I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY..MAKE SURE PEOPLE TO CHECK YOUR BILL, MANY OF OTHER DIDNT AND ADDED ADDITIONAL TIP, AS THEY DIDNT SEE THE TIP WAS ADDED TO THE BILL ALREADY...THE NERVE OF THESE PEOPLE.....VERY PISSED AND .VERY...

I went to Emmett's for lunch and left feeling scammed. While the exterior of the restaurant is pleasant and parking is good, the rest of my experience was sub-par at best. I ordered the lunch special "half-sandwich and salad" with an order of wings. The reuben sandwich was cold and soggy with very little meat and way too much sauce. The salad consisted of wilted lettuce, one thin slice of tomato and an abundance of rock hard croutons. The wings were mostly gummy batter and were overly salted and barely eatable. My wife had the shrimp pasta which was void of shrimp and comprised mostly of sauce and over cooked linguine. To cap things off I ordered a club soda and it tasted contaminated with a strong odor and sour taste. Lastly, our waiter appeared either ill or hungover and cleared his throat and coughed frequently while serving us. Going out to eat has become a joke and Emmett's poor food quality and service with above average pricing assures I will never be returning. Tip to owner(s): Take a trip overseas and learn how a good restaurant operates. Pubs in the UK consistently serve good food at reasonable prices. Bistros in France offer simple and high quality food; even the convenience stores in Japan offer better and fresher sandwiches at a fraction...

Went with four friends to eat and was told 30 minute wait. NP. Received a confirmation text and would text us when our table was ready. After 1 hour, we asked about our table. Was told by the hostess, "might" be another 20 minutes. No apologies for misquoting the wait time or courtesy to let us know sooner it will take longer. At this point, we were the only party waiting and another party of 7 who came after us. Soon, the hostess seated the party of seven who only waited 30 minutes. We inquired why and the hostess said they had reservations. We did try making reservation a few hours earlier and they said they are not taking reservations. We went to the car to wait but they never texted us to say our table was ready. We called to inquire and they said they removed our name because they thought we left. Really!!! How hard is it to text us. I understand with covid that service could be slow and lacking. But this hostess, was unprofessional and could provide better service. She was at the front desk most of the time just straighting menus. I hate using the race card, but we were the only minority. This definitely seems like...
