I give them 1 star because there food is really good but the people answering the phones are so rude if u ask what kind of noodles they have they start yelling out the names so fast I couldn't understand her and when I asked her again she got mad and yelled them back to me. I then told her the only reason I'm asking is because I dont have ur menu in front of me and I dont know what kind of noodles u offer. They are always very rude. I understand d that there's a language barrier but this is no reason to yell at customers for asking questions about their own food. Dont even feel like calling them to order food anymore because of their poor customer service 👎 apparently I'm not the only one complaining about how bad customer service I receive from the woman that answered the phone. Look at the other poor reviews other people r complaing about this woman too. She will bring them bad buisness. Wow so I just spoke to this lady again and says she is the manager and hangs up the phone while I'm still on the call....

My review is solely based on my experience. The food was good no complaints on that but the lady over the phone was the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever spoken to in my life. She legit started yelling at me when I asked her if the total has increased due to a delivery fee! I didn't have any problem paying it but I wanted to know why the total whent up and she started yelling at me. My recommendation to the owners, if she's not one of them, is to find someone with the patience to deal with the public. If she is a owner or not you will lose allot of business because of her. Because this was my first and last time...

I often sit and think about the egg roll that got away. I had ordered a set of three egg rolls. I felt an intense sense of delight and pleasure when I bit into the succulent depths of the first one. It truly was love at first bite. As I practically swallowed the first egg roll whole, moving onto the second egg roll, I took my time. Feeling the sweet eggy pleasure in my mouth. However, I couldn't finish the final egg roll. It starred at me blankly in the distance, taunting me as my coworker took the a bite of the last one. I will never forget the egg roll...
