A Thai restaurant open later than 8:30pm?? Say it isn't so! But Thai House IS and I for one am glad! So I stopped in at Thai House recently and here's how it went: As I walked in, things were kind of confusing. The lighting is very, very dim - like nightlight levels of dim. And it *looks* like it's only open for carry out; in fact, the person in charge asked if I was there to pick up an order. "No," says I. "Is dine-in available?" I was assured that I could indeed dine in and I was promptly seated at a table. It's kind of cramped and cluttered looking but no big deal. I definitely wouldn't come here with kids, though. I asked about several menu items but was told by my server that I definitely should try the panang curry so that's what I ordered, plus a small bowl of Tom Kha soup, and my usual Diet Coke. While the curry does come with rice, I asked for crispy noodles instead. Suffice it to say that was a mistake. Totally my bad. I assumed I'd receive those deliciously big wide noodles but instead, they were the kind that look like angel hair. Ah well, now I know. The soup was AMAZING. Thick, fragrant, and loaded with chicken and mushrooms. The curry didn't knock my socks off but it was definitely not bad! And the noodles? Not at all what I wanted lol I don't know if they have any dessert items. I didn't see any on the menu and I wasn't asked if I wanted anything so who knows? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'll be back, though, so maybe I'll find out next time.

UPDATE : Aug 2024 Have recently visited them again for lunch and did a take away. The lunch menu and service was good. I liked the fact that they maintained a good portion size and also were courteous. The prices have been kept steady and are still pocket friendly. I found the hygiene and preparations to be better this time Vs a year ago. Adding some pics. The lunch was served with a soup, starter. Stick with common items red curry, basil fried rice, pad Thai… tofu items were better option =============== >>>> NOT an Authentic Thai location. If using lemon grass and coconut milk in recipe qualifies as Thai … it will probably fit. Ordered Tom-Yum soup, Pad-ke-mao noodles and Panag curry. The soup had mushrooms that were not cleaned well. The noodles lacked punch and chicken was rubbery at times. Panag curry tasted only of coconut milk… had green peas and full of sliced chicken that were kind of pre-boiled. I will AVOID it. Also online order has $1.00 convenience charge. Funny…they charged me for hot sauce on side.

I would recommend the Thai House restaurant for someone looking for a good Thai food meal. I had their hot jasmine tea and there as well as the Hawaiian tea with special ginger on top. I ordered the ginger chicken and my entree was served quickly and hot. I also got a complimentary cup of hot soup and fried Thai egg rolls as an appetizer. The owner was very attentive and very accommodating to let me take my tea to go. This is a quick and easy place to get an extremely healthy meal. Hot cooked and Ready-to-Eat. I like that you can see the kitchen through plexiglass walls. As a nutritionist, I know that Thai food is very healthy and good for us to eat.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Thai restaurant across the street from my apartment complex, and I must say, it was well worth the wait. After months of anticipation during their renovation period, stepping foot inside the newly transformed space was like entering a realm of beauty and charm. The quaint building exudes an undeniable cuteness, making it all the more inviting.

Convenience is key, and this restaurant certainly hits the mark. Its prime location just a stone's throw away from my home adds an extra layer of delight to the overall experience. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by the warmest smiles from the staff, who exuded a genuine sense of hospitality. It was evident that this place was a labor of love, as the familial atmosphere shone through every interaction.

The manager, in particular, left a lasting impression on us. Not only did they take the time to explain the menu and make recommendations, but they also mentioned their user-friendly website, which we promptly explored and utilized for our online order. The process was seamless, and we were able to navigate through the options with ease.

Now, let me take a moment to rave about their Thai iced tea. I have to say, it was some of the best I've ever had. The perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess danced on my taste buds, leaving me craving more with each sip. The portions were generous, to say the least. As someone with a hearty appetite, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I couldn't finish everything in one sitting. It's a testament to the quality and quantity they offer.

What truly touched me was the manager's attentiveness to our first visit. They graciously provided us with an extra drink and eagerly sought our feedback. This gesture made us feel valued and appreciated as customers, further solidifying our excitement to have this fantastic Thai food haven just steps away from our doorstep. Thai cuisine holds a special place in our hearts, and we couldn't be more thrilled to call this place one of our favorites.

In conclusion, the newly renovated Thai restaurant across from my apartment complex has captured my heart. Its beautiful interior, convenient location, and friendly, family-owned atmosphere create an enchanting dining experience. With outstanding Thai iced tea, generous portions, and a management team that truly cares, this place has become a cherished gem in our neighborhood. It's safe to say that we are beyond grateful to have such a delightful culinary destination right on...

Talk about a hole in a wall in not a positive way. The waitresses that work here doesn't give any service. I keep on waving them down and they still ignored us. One of them actual told us to go else where if we don't like her service. When you pay $10/Entree you expect a decent amount of food portion. To my surprise ! It was same size as kid size portion. I mean seriously !!! I finally get over the bad service, low food quality and less portion and request my check. We were 3 people and when we checked our bill (I love this part) I found an extra charge of $10 for an entree !!! I kept my calm and request a waitress to remove the charge since, we didn't order 3 entrees. She brought the check back and I noticed another mistake .. For $30 bill they charge $5 Service fee !! Service Fee for what !! bad service, low food quality or less Portion ???!! I asked what the service fee is and the waitress have no idea of the service charge.. For God Sake, you Work there !! If you think about, How many times these people charge innocent people with extra service charge fees or extra entree fees !!

I wouldn't suggest anyone going to this place and get rip off with food and money ! I have attached my receipt copy so, everyone can see what kind of secret charges they charge to...
