I wanted to get pumpkin latte L size so I payed by machine. But when a staff got order, they said there is no pumpkin latte anymore so I requested to refund. Then I got refund but it was obviously less than I payed. So I asked to a guy that it's not enough, then he was like "Oh did you need to get back small change too? Here you go." ...What? You didn't give me back small change??? But it was still obviously less than I payed. So I rechecked that to a guy. He said he thought I orderd M size so he checked price but he checked caramel macchiato’s price so I asked why, he said caramel macchiato and pumpkin latte’s prices are same. So I got refund. But it was also obviously less than I payed again! Then I checked caramel macchiato and pumpkin latte’s price. I found out pumpkin latte is more expensive than caramel macchiato! So I got menu screen and requested to pay back AGAIN. Then I finally got back right amount. I was about to go here to just lose my money! First of all, why don't you pay back money without small amount? And why don't you make sure the right price??? By the way, I didn't apology, he never even said sorry. I think many people have been damaged. He looks like kind of manager staff, if manager doesn't care about money, of course all of staffs don't care about ANYTHING! I will never go to here because this place’s management is TERRIBLE...

I drove out of the drive-through being courteous to the cars behind me and as always I checked my order in the adjacent parking lot. Needless to say, they got half the order wrong. Me thinking it wasn't a big deal I went to go get the rest of my food inside. right away one of the female staff (manager?) gave me severely negative attitude searching for my food on the trays, then called me a liar, and initially raised her voice stating she made sure she put my full order in the two bags. She also later stated "the customer is always right! even when they lie!" In defense, I raised my voice and questioned her if I'm a liar to check my car parked outside, and that I hadn't never left the property. Another female worker threatened to call the cops after they clearly started the argument with me. I was defending myself trying to get the food that I ordered and clearly never received. I welcomed them to call the cops, review all security footage, and to search my car. The two female staff finally backed down, and another employee ended up getting my food after they walked off. Noticed after paying at the first window and while waiting for my food at the second window, that they had charged me for each breakfast sandwich to get the hash brown for free. When I got my food I explained what happened, talked with the manager, and was hastily given what I would later find out to be a difficult to redeem store credit I.O.U. Both experiences were unpleasant, unprofessional and unnecessary and the fact that the first led to the second is what’s worst of all. I have also regularly been given incorrect orders at this location so check your receipt when paying, your order when receiving it, and insist on a refund instead of accepting store credit. Take all the time you need to appropriately correct their mistakes. If they get irritated and give you attitude as well, spend the few minutes I, and many others have to document your negative experience here.
