Subway — Restaurant in Palatine Township

This review should get ZERO stars! From the moment I walked in the manager was very unwelcoming and rude. Terrible customer service. Owner/Manager had a terrible attitude towards me. I placed an online order and the owner was making my order when I walked in so I asked if they could put a topping on only half the sandwich and they proceeded to tell me that their only following my order and had a bad attitude. Next time I'll be taking my business elsewhere! Upon asking the manager for more lettuce the manager looked and said that is extra lettuce. Based on the photo there is little to no lettuce so I have no idea what he's talking about. This place skimps out on toppings. Go down the street to the subway on Palatine road and Quentin where it is much nicer and customer service is great. Twas barely any lettuce on there! Needless to say, I will NEVER come here again! The ambience was terrible and the manager continued to tell his worker to do as he's told and snapped at him! You can feel the tension when you walk in! Overall rude manager! I'm NEVER...

Like others have said, the manager with the dyed-orange hair and beard is terrible, angry, and confrontational. Like others have said, this location skimps on toppings. If you dare to ask them for more or hold them accountable for their cheapskate ways, they will get angry with you. If you order online and happen to walk in while they’re making your sandwich, they will demand you sit down so you can’t watch and so they’re free to skimp you without objection. This is Subway. Built on being able to watch your sandwich being made, and controlling the amount of toppings you get within reason. This location says, “nope.” Don’t come here. Go literally anywhere else where you can interact with non-confrontational employees who will simply make your sandwich...

Had a really disappointing experience today 3/21/19 . I always thought this was the best subway in Palatine .So i would come across from town just to eat here. Both of my kids and i grabbed our Subs to seat down and didn't realize that the booth tables actually move . Tables are not welded or tight to the floor. my daughter placed her sub on the table as i was about to sit down i placed my arm and kind of tip the table by accident and her sub fell to the floor . I honestly thought i would not get charge for a new sub and yes my daughter had to pay again. Please people be careful with those tables. Bad experience. And its not the money . Just thought they would understand it really was...
