Garden Berry Cafe-Palatine — Restaurant in Palatine Township

As someone who has gone to the other location regularly, I am so happy this new location opened literally down the street. Garden Berry Cafe is the perfect place you want to take the family after church or out to brunch! Their menu has everything and anything for the most part, all fresh and delicious of course. Take a note if you are potentially thinking about eating here! This isn't some high end new breakfast spot, it's a cute/quite/delicious family restaurant that JUST opened up. I've seen many review bombs with people complaining about the smallest things here. We had our water and coffee refilled multiple times, our waitresses were very nice and attentive even while one was a new trainee, food was delicious. Sure they may have some rough bumps right now but it's a brand new restaurant that will slowly come together over a short period of time and I know it. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and the service was outstanding. Our waitress, Sandra, was incredibly attentive and kind throughout our visit. She made sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile. We had such a great experience with the staff today. Our air at home had gone out and we couldn’t get service for a couple hours so we decided to try garden berry in palatine for the first time. Right after we ordered our food… we got a call that the service guy was at our house (way earlier than expected). Our server Eva and the hostess (both so sweet) got our food rolling fast and wrapped it up for us to go. Love the staff…love the atmosphere.. and to top it off the food was amazing!!
