Ed's Donuts and more — Restaurant in Palatka

I wish Google allowed for half stars because I genuinely rate this place a 4.5 star. The only "bad" thing I have to say about Ed's is sometimes it can be a really long wait time. I've seen the line pass AutoZone's entrance. I really hope in the near future he considers implementing an improved system to speed up service time.

I will say, I haven't personally been inside Ed's but the parts I do see look very clean and maintained. The owner is a nice guy and brought a great addition to the Putnam County community. If you have a personal issue, take that issue somewhere else. Slandering a business is pretty tacky, especially when its clear and obvious they make excellent donuts.

Now to my favorite part! These are the best donuts in town! ⭐️ The prices are very affordable and the favor is 5 star. There is a big selection of items including biscuit sandwiches, croissants, kolaches, and more. The community coffee is fantastic. Basically, you HAVE to try Ed's! I've tried calling for 2 days to speak with someone about needing donuts in advance for Saturday. I'm planning a party and wanted to make sure I would be able to get 2 dozen at noon tomorrow. Noone answers, I guess I'll have to go to Dunkin which I really didn't want to do.

Update: my mom came through before the party and went in the drive-thru (there is no inside) she got a dozen random pink and sprinkled donuts for the party. They were delicious.

While it seems to be a hole in the wall place good things definitely come in small packages when referring to ed's doughnuts and more! From the basics glazed to Boston cream all were delicious with great flavor and care. You can taste the time that went into each one of them. We got 3 Boston cream, 2 chocolate, 2 with sprinkles and the rest were glazed. They also added extra sprinkles to the two for my daughter! She loved them. If you haven't gone you should!
