First time stopping or even trying this brand. Pizza is mediocre. Service was horrible. He just stood there at the counter looking at me. Pizza was covered with parchment paper. There was no way to distinguish what was what. No labels. Just four sad looking pizzas covered up. I asked what was what, he didn't even say...he just kinda sighed, rolled his eyes slightly and lifted the paper for me to see. He didn't say "Sausage....pepperoni...beef...whatever..." He was dragging around like he just worked a 14 hour shift of hard manual labor. There was no words spoken from him, until he took the luke warm slice, handed it to me and said..."here you go." There was clearly a distain from him either being there or having to serve people/me. He cut his eyes at me while I was waiting like I had just did him dirty. He was chatty with the two girls that was before me. Dear, Sbarro...or however it's spelled, please tell the worker that I'm sorry I wasn't pretty, wrong sex, wrong color or whatever that I was the bane of his existence. Next time I'll go across the street to Love's and get chicken from Chester's. The only reason I gave it a three star for atmosphere was because of the cashiers in the gas station where you actually pay for the pizza along with all other items. They were very cordial...but, that Sbarro dude and quality was enough to make it my last time....
Read moreI do not recommend this location. I am from N.Y. and I can tell you for certain, this is nothing like New York pizza at all. I don't know if they have their ovens at the wrong temperature or what but the dough is soggy for the pizzas and the strombolis. The dough is supposed to be crispy and the portions and toppings are supposed to be exaggerated. There's nothing New Yorker about this place but the name. Actually it's insulting to any New Yorker. There's no pastas at all. It's noon time on a Monday and they don't have the full menu. Only two types of strombolis and three types of pizzas ready oh and bread sticks. Their "Hawaiian Pizza" is made with pineapple, bacon and jalapenos. This location gives Sbarro a bad name. They need to go back to the drawing board and do things as corporate requires. The food is not horrible but it's definitely...
Read moreGood pizza but the lady at the register is so rude. Asked for pizza to be well done and she said with an attitude okay well that's how we do it, refused my request and only put it through the conveyor once. Now that I think about it once she gave me that attitude and refused my request I should have just said actually I'm good and gone somewhere else. I'm not sure what is with the people out here and attitudes but the loves chesters across the road wasn't any better...
