Purchased a used 2015 Ford Transit E350. Had personal attention from Jay. Very positive communications, phone, email and text. He helped me through the entire process and understood my time was very limited. I was able to pick out a vehicle and make one trip (200 miles round trip) to get my vehicle. Key notes: (1) They ONLY use M&T bank and will not sell a vehicle unless financed through them. Ok, not an issue, re-fi before the first payment. No penalty's. M&T interest wasn't bad but my USAA is better ;) (2) The office is a bit seedy looking. Not a polished showroom mega buck dealer's place by any means. Has the look of a "boiler room" operation, here today, gone tomorrow BUT... They have been in business many years and you cant beat the prices. After all, the shiny dealers... Who do you think is paying for the glitz? YOU ARE.

(3) My team was Jay, Daisy and Jose`, Jay is awesome and should give motivational lectures on diets (really, he's good!), Daisy is a doll, sweet, polite and has a smile that just earns one's trust, Jose... Great experience with Team Motor Sports. I just purchased a 2013 VW Jetta and I went there with a budget. I also made sure I knew everyone who works there on a first name basis. I was going to spend money and time so I wanted to be sure I was being taken seriously. From the minute you walk you get this sense of friends who you haven't seen in a long time. Jay the owner is so nice. Words cannot begin to express how he made me feel and he kept it real - NO DRAMA! Jose is quiet but the dynamics they have no wonder this dealership is so popular. I test drove 2 cars and by the end I knew I wanted the one I originally saw online. I got my car and it was no hassle getting my plates, title, and registration.
