Loved this place when it opened, now something is off. My family used to order from this place weekly, we love burritos and the like and couldn't get any better than a huge helping at great prices like this place but recently when I've ordered from here, the value is the same but they skimp on the meat (even when you order extra meat) on your meal. They load up your order with the "extras" like rice, beans, lettuce, pico, etc... and give you just a few bits of chicken or shrimp or especially ground beef, which makes me only give this place 3 stars. Yes, it's fresh and made in front of you basically, but I hardly want to pay for a huge burrito filled with mostly beans and rice and lettuce as my family has noticed this as well, we have definitely cut back on ordering from here. Maybe another Bubbakoo's is different and doesn't skimp you on the protein but unfortunately this one does in my opinion. The store is clean but it's also new so this remains to be seen. The staff? Well, not sure if it's because mostly kids are working there but when I've brought up problems in past with them, nothing gets truly resolved and there's always like 5 employees behind the bar talking but one doing the work. They aren't rude by any means, just teenagers working at a job they don't want to be at, in my opinion. Now, there's is ONE great thing that has not changed about this place because it's a menu item that no one can screw up... It's the EGG ROLLS...YUMMMMMM!! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! And I'm not talking about Chinese egg rolls but if you've tried (I think) Chilli's Southwestern Egg Rolls, they're just like that. PERFECT. NOT TOO SPICY, NOT TOO MILD... PERFECT.
I GAVE THEM THE 3RD ⭐ JUST FOR...

4.5-Stars (Chain Restaurant Rating)
I’ve only been to Chipotle once. The food was not good, and the employees were not pleasant. Fast forward to Bubbakoos Burritos, which has only been around since 2008, when it was founded in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Chain restaurants are a necessary evil of life. It just can’t be fine dining every night. Luckily, there are a couple of Bubbakoos located in Brevard, this one in Palm Bay and the other on Wickham Road in Melbourne.
Right out of the gate I want to say that Kyle, the manager, led by example. He was charming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also dove right in to help. I don’t know how many ante-jentacular cups of coffee it took for him to get his energy just right, but however many it was, it worked. The other members of the team followed Kyle’s lead and worked hard with a positive attitude.
I ordered the Taco Trio with Hibachi Beef on one and Shredded Chicken on the others. The shells were crispy and flavorful. I was in total control of what went on top of them and had a panoply of choices, all freshly made on site. Great stuff.
I also got the Chiwawa, a giant rice ball mushed down and topped my way from among the 50-plus toppings on display. Colorful and beautiful.
The real champ out of all the toppings was the Pico de Gallo. I could have consumed a gallon of just that.

I saw this place just opened on the corner and figured I'd have to give it a try. I came in for lunch today and it did not disappoint at all! Bubbakoo's Burritos seems almost like a more "Stoner Munchie" version of Chipotle or if Del Taco did a take on Chipotle.....
The place just opened and the staff was brand new and it's possible I may have misspoke and said Hibachi Steak & Shrimp Burrito when originally placing my order but somewhere along the line the staff figured out I just wanted a Hibachi Steak Burrito and my order was corrected before I walked out the door.
I definitely will be back! I'm glad there's an option similar to Chipotle but IMHO a bit better close to me now.
Any staff/customer service issues or wrong order issues stated in these reviews will probably be corrected in the next couple of weeks. Unfortunately, many people don't realize or take into consideration that when opening a new restaurant everyone at that location is new and learning and service can tend to suffer a bit. It's just unfortunately the way it is in the food industry. You can't expect absolutely perfection when a...
