This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. They don't know how to treat customers. I just had the biggest misunderstanding even though I just asked to buy a large drink and a large fry instead of the required small fry and drink from the survey coupon. The cashier didn't know how to put the coupon in and her manager came over and stiffly told me they would give me the sandwich but they weren't supposed to do what I was asking. I told them that it was fine, I just was asking because I didn't know if they could or couldn't do it. So then my boyfriend tries to pay for the food and they say no charge. I say "But he just ordered something too." So they had to fix my order to a whopper and put his food back on. I am so confused at that point but by the time he pays I realized it's way too cheap, plus I never got to order the other things I wanted in addition to my meal. I look at the receipt and it's not even what we ordered, it was a charge for one Whopper. Lo and behold when the food comes out, it's just three sandwiches on a tray. We were waiting way too long for me to reorder the large drink and fries that I wanted, plus I was pissed that they didn't ask if we were getting it for here or to go. I just took the whopper in my hand and left.
No one at this store Is properly trained, including the manager. The manager should have asked us to restate what we wanted instead of ASSUMING I wanted something for free. I would have easily spent 15-20 dollars there even with the coupon. The cashier should have repeated what we ordered and should have told the manager what we wanted instead of letting her assume what we wanted.
Worst of all, every person there looked like an angry, miserable hot mess. Smiling is the first rule of Customer service.

The first was to get a Hershey's pie that was advertised in the app for a reduced rate with points so I ordered it for drive through mobile pickup and when I arrived I had to wait in a line that took about 10 minutes to get to the window only to be told they didn't have any when I got to the window. When I asked for a manager so I could get my points back they told me I'd have to contact customer service. I did so and was refunded the points but I still wasn't able to get the item I requested. I was on my work lunch break so I had limited time. I went again today to get a small chicken nugget meal with honey mustard and a sweet tea. I was told at the speaker they were out of honey mustard so I removed it from the order. When I got to the window I was informed they were also out of sweet tea so I said just the nuggets and fries. The price of the meat is $5.02 after tax. They then attempted to charge me $6.38 for just the food, $1.36 MORE, which was ridiculous because it's not my fault they didn't have the drink I requested. When I brought this up they refused to return it to the original price which I was willing to pay despite the fact they didn't have the drink I requested and the employee at the window claimed she was trying to be respectful and said she didn't like my attitude. I was also on my work break with limited time for this attempt. I have had positive experiences at other Burger King locations but this specific location has been disappointing and I will not be returning. Two weeks ago I made a return trip to this particular Burger King. I've seen MANY NEW faces (including managers) come and go over the past year BUT there remains one constant and that is the exemplarary customer service that I've received and continue to receive from Mr. Cameron Williams. I'm not quite sure of his title but I do believe he's a manager. He works very hard and truly cares about his customer's satisfaction. He's courteous, kind and professional to say the least and his service is fast as well. Great Customer service is hard to find these days in the fast food business.
