Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Palm Bay

I’ve gotten food off and on here before I never really had a problem Today is January 24, 2025 about 2 o’clock so I ordered a large bacon and pepperoni pizza online. I didn’t notice it till I got into my car that it was actually all cheese so I went back and told him that the cook was really nice. He offered to make it, but the girl with the short brown hair at the register made me feel like Almost like I was lying when I know damn well I would never just order cheese pizza not for $15 at least give me something a pepperoni anyways it’s like she didn’t want him to remake it for me, but he was like very nice except when she told him that was stuffed and he told me I could eat the crust off the other one I told him I don’t know Because I was trying to be rude, but that wasn’t my idea. I told him no that’s fine. don’t worry about it. I’ll take it the way it is, but to be honest he kind of ruined it at that point, but it’s the other girl like not only that, but there was a guy waiting there and she made me feel like he was looking at me like I was trying to get over when all I wanted was what I originally ordered like Lady why stopped me from getting what I want nobody’s lying here. I picked up my order around 5:00 p.m. I ordered a NY Style to see if it was good type of pizza. I ordered for my 88 yr old mom and myself, 71. By the time we were abel to eat, I called once to PAPA Johns on Babcock St, in Palm Bay, Fl. I then talked to the young lady that answered the phone, I explained jalapeños was all over the pizza. If you look at my order, as I have, I requested jalapeños on right side, Green Bell Peppers on left. I was transfered to 'A' Manager. I never try to tell people how to do their job, but did say can you show the person how not to spread onto other side and kindly asked that. She as The Mgr said 'she watched who made it and it was correct, basically calling me a liar. I paid on top of using $10 for Dough, $18+ came out of my pocket. Then, I had what they called another manager said, "she made it correct and maybe I didn't send my order correctly. what she did was correct and hung up on me. I called again, to get a manager's name to report. No one was not very nice about the 1/2 side inedible half side of the pizza for my mom. Instead, I was told by another manager, she did her order correct (calling me a liar) and hung up on...

I ordered a meal for me and my kids, was told it would be 35-45 minutes and about an hour later I get a call from door dash, not even realizing that papa John's doesn't make their own deliveries any more. So the door dash lady told me she was here, meanwhile I've been standing outside and no cars pulled up, so I proceed to tell her she's at the wrong apartment and she needs to come all the way to the back, she replied "Spanish please" and didn't speak a link of English. To make it all worse she hangs up, I call the store manager and that lady laughs and says "those dang door dashers" It just socks they don't have their own drivers anymore I'd suggest just getting pizza hut like I had to do
