Time - 0930 on 3/3/23: I understand we are living in different times now but there is still such a thing as common courtesy. It's just a shame that the really decent people who work REALLY hard to provide you good service have to deal with a bad rap because others "just show-up".
I ordered a McGriddle meal w/oj from the drive-thru which I hardly visit during breakfast-time because I'm normally at work. No oj in stock. NO BIG DEAL. I asked 4 tea instead and IF there would be an EXTRA charge because I thought ONLY oj/apple drink came with the meal at no charge. (I DID NOT read the entire menu, my bad but no reason to crucify me.) Cashier says "NO", drink is INCLUDED w/meal, REGARDLESS. NICE! I get to the window/I was charged 4 tea and simply asked "Why?" Cashier raises her voice and glares(is that even necessary?) to NOW tell me tea IS extra. I said "It's a shame you can't ask a simple question these days without people getting an attitude. I COULD AFFORD the tea, that wasn't an issue at all. The attitude/glare and that she needed to get her manager to "SET ME STRAIGHT" was the issue. Manager comes with a snarky remark: "WELL IT SAYS ON THE MENU BOARD "ONLY" COFFEE IS FREE!!(LOUDLY) OH! I thought "Just refund my money for the tea then"...simple,right? BOTH have been ignorant and loud at the window and DO you THINK I'M STILL in a good mood?? Absolutely NOT!!! MANAGER AND CASHIER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!(THIS particular cashier seems rude EVERY TIME I go there when she's at the window is why I had enough of this. She needs to be let go or re-trained. I dread having to deal with her.) My son also had issues with her on separate visits (I'm CERTAIN others as well) when he uses this drive thru. This was my first interaction ever with this manager. YES, I DID snatch my refund from the "MANAGER" as I was FED UP with these two nincompoops. I told her I was going to report BOTH of them for their behavior as she handed me my coffee. I will not continue to give you my money and be disrespected on top of it. "MANAGER" decided to give me "the finger" with a "smirk" after I said it. I told her I was reporting THAT as well. Yep, "THE FINGER". WHAT "MANAGER" DOES THAT?? Aren't you tasked to set an example of professional customer service for your team, especially for a "young adult" team? I hope they don't learn the same behaviors and think it's OK to act as such. THAT was the last straw at this location. I tossed my ENTIRE meal, including that stale coffee in the outside garbage. I've visited this location MANY times over the years and the service here has gotten worse and worse over time, depending on when and who's working. Meals have been prepared wrong many times, sitting in drive-thru for very long periods when location isn't busy, food stale or cold. I.AM.DONE.....WITH THIS LOCATION! I'LL NEVER RETURN...
Read moreSome people at this location to be very rude they act like they don’t like their job and very offputting to the customers. As for the other people there, they are nice and polite. I truly feel for them because when the first person you see is rude or unpleasant. That makes it hard on the nice people that you see after at times because then customers already put in a bad mood. I can be a very patient person and I understand that they are understaffed and overworked, but they don’t have to give glares an attitude when dealing with their customers it makes you feel like a burden and not want to return. I could be worse, they could not have a job. Be grateful and smile maybe people wouldn’t be so rude to you. The people who have bad customer service experience are the ones give you the worst attitude and problems. Kill the with kindness! It makes a difference. Thank you to the shift manager/manager working today. He was a young tall man very pleasant and polite, apologetic for the wait. Excellent customer service. Also, thank you to the young lady at night (I believe is a shift manager). She was especially nice in a couple bad situations on the night shift. Even though she had been short staffed on one of my trips, she was running both windows one night. Kudos, to a strong leader to run a busy drive-thru with the dinning room open as well. Understaffed, overworked and yet smiling through it and apologizing for the wait to every customer. That’s customer service. Nobody expects perfect customer service but at least “Hello” or “Hi” and “would you like your receipt?” Or at least acknowledgement when you are at the window and “You can go to the next window”. Not just a glare and a look of “what? Or why are you still here?” And then a sharp “next window” with no receipt and they look away like they are done with you. Well that’s my experience and probably a lot of others as well and that might be something think about. We are the customers that bring money in to the establishment that pays the bills and payroll. But if customers aren’t happy why should they come back? I know I’m learning a lot from my experiences and I only go at certain times and fewer and fewer...
Read moreAs someone who works in Customer service I am the last person to leave 1 star review from a single bad experience. This review is based on the last 5 visits to this horrensously run franchise. Recognizing that bad days happen, supply shortages are nationwide and not every employee reflects the company's values. This place is quite frankly a joke. There is always a wait ... today's wait was 15 minutes with not a single order being taken. I watched at least 4 cars reverse out of the line. I actually thought they may have been being robbed or a medical emergency. No, they were either collectively partaking in drug use (well get to that) or socializing and simply forgot there was a 20 car pile up wrapping the building. Not a single apology was offered (this is nothing new of all 5 visits I've barely even gotten eye contact from one of their continually changing bottom of the barrel emoyees). There wasn't even a care in the world from the employees who appeared to be nodding off at the window. There are never any sauces in the bag. And for an order of 20 nuggets when you ask politely for sauce ... You're handed 2 sauces. Random sauces at that because they do not care to ask what sauce you'd like. The food has never been hot ... or warm at that. Fries are almost wet they're so soggy. For such a long wait it's shocking to be handed cold food. My burger was not anywhere near the bun. It was actually beside the bun which had a corner filled with condiments and the rest of the bun empty. Just overall absolutely horrible experience every single time. I tried to give them a few chances since they're local. If there is a manager who actually claims this establishment as their own - start watching the evening crew. Have ANY STANDARD for customer service. Don't mass cook your food and let it sit until it's ordered. Won't be returning, I'd rather drive 8miles up the road. Do better this is horrendous, and from the looks of your Google account this is a theme. Shame on management and ownership for...
