Ordered of mobile app. My boys arrived at the restaurant picked up order when they checked the bag they realized we were missing items. They park walk inside and the worker behind the counter is arguing with them that the shareables meal doesn’t give you burgers nuggets and fries. The boys pull up the app and show said employee what all is included in the $20 shareables meal. After 20 minutes of arguing the boys left with no nuggets and cold food. When they got home I called and spoke with a nice young man named Tyler he said the employee was wrong and he would make it right if I would come back to the restaurant he would give me the 20 nuggets that were missing from our meal. So let me get this right you wouldn’t make it right with my boys who were just there you’d rather them come all the way home and have me call and drive back to the restaurant to pick up what your employee could have made right to begin with now I’m sitting here with cold food having to drive back to the restaurant to get the missing items and you won’t remake the whole meal considering your restaurant messed up the order argued for 20 minutes about the missing items which means my order was COLD before it even left your business. This is the third time I’ve had issues with this restaurant. All three times were mobile orders it’s no different waiting in line to order or ordering in the app. I worked at McDs as a kid always double check your bags and you never argue with a customer who has proven to you what was ordered and what was in the bags.. if you can’t do basic reading and math maybe your not worth the $15 an hour...
Read moreI am over this McDonald’s... I think they give the worse food out in the drive through thinking no one will come back and complain. Why do they barely put any mustard on a burger but load it down with ketchup so messy I don’t even want to touch the sandwich. Today I went and got a chicken sandwich meal and they gave me a burnt old piece of chicken and of course cold hard disgusting French frys. It is a waste of money. I am tired of having to go back there to complain and have them fix my order that they have screwed up. It seems almost every time I get a sandwich from there now the bun is always burnt. They need to be taught I guess how to make a sandwich. They put extra ketchup on every sandwich if you ask for it or not. Some people do not like all that ketchup on their stuff. A little more mustard wouldn’t kill you to add. Two dots of mustard and half a bottle of ketchup is not a good sandwich. I hear all the time they want 15 an hour and they feel entitled to it. Read moreThe service at this location is the problem and it's been a problem for years. I try to not go to this location if I don't have to. Today I placed a mobile order for a happy meal. Once I got there it took 20 minutes to receive my mobile order. I had to pull up and wait for it. The employee hands me the happy meal while not even looking at me and then drops it because it wasn't in my hands. Who does that and I called him out and said "you can't even look at someone when you hand them food." No I'm sorry or oops. Nope just glares at me goes back inside with my food then comes back out 2 minutes later and still doesn't say anything when he hands me the food. There's zero leadership at this location from management. The employees just go through the motions and they are over staffed. More than half the employees are just standing around.
